Chapter eight- Missile

"I can close the portal!" Natasha grunted when she tried to put the scepter into the barrier.

"No don't do it yet!" I yelled and quickly got her out of the barrier.

"What are you doing!" Natasha groaned making me glare at her.

"Tony is about to get a missile out of Earth okay? So we need to wait and then you can close it. Steve tell Hulk to get ready to catch Tony." I told them both.

"Okay." Steve said through the comms and Natasha and I saw Tony flying up towards the portal.

"Tony be careful!" I said through the comms.

No answer.

"Shit, he did it! HE DID IT!" I cheered when he got through.

"He's not coming..." Natasha said and I began to lose hope.

"No, no, no he survives this, look! Close the portal now!" I urged Natasha and she quickly closed it. Tony fell to his death as I quickly began to shake in fear.

I flew down to where Steve, Thor and Hulk were at. The chitauris began to shake, and then stopped. They all fell over making Steve look at me in confusion.

"Hulk!" I pointed towards Hulk who looked at me. Tony was now falling closer and closer to us.

"Catch Tony." I smiled and he smirked and quickly began to climb the destroyed buildings until he caught Tony and threw Tony off of him.

Thor, Steve and I ran over to him, then Thor ripped off Tony's helmet. I began to carefully put my fingers over to his neck to check his heartbeat until Hulk decided to scare the shit out of me.

"RAAAAAGHHHHHH!" Hulk yelled in fury as Tony woke up startled making me laugh.

"Hulk don't do that again buddy." I smiled up at Hulk who shrugged.

"I sorry." Hulk said before coming over to me, making me look at him in confusion and he held me up.

"It's okay buddy, it's okay." I reassured him when I felt him hug me carefully.

Hulk then placed me down gently and I continued to smile.

"What the hell! What just happened? Please tell me nobody kissed me." Tony dramatically said.

"Yeah Thor did Iron Ass." I snorted making Thor look at me as if he got offended.

"EWW REALLY!" Tony was about to wipe off his mouth but I stopped him.

"I'm playing you old man." I grinned at him and he sighed happily.

"You son of a gun. We won." Steve smiled brightly and I grinned.

"Yay. We did it guys. Let's take a day off tomorrow. I wanna try Shawarma that's like two blocks down from here." Tony told us.

"We are not finished yet." Thor and I said in unison making me laugh.

"See you fools up there then." I said before flying up to the tower.

Thor quickly flew next to me and I smiled at him. When we got to the tower, there was Natasha and Clint already over Loki. Thor, Hulk, Steve, Tony and I walked up to him slowly as Loki stared at all of us.

"If it's all the same to you, I'll have that drink. Kitten, I can take care of you..." Loki breathed out making me roll my eyes as the rest of the team glared at him.

"Okay girls, girls, you go and take care of the scepter, then I'll have a small talk with him." I smiled at the team as they nodded and I turned back to Loki.

"I'm staying with her." Thor told the rest as they left.

"Why are you doing this?" Loki lowly asked me as I carefully put my hand on his cheek.

He seemed to enjoy my touch, closing his eyes and leaned into my touch. I looked behind me to see a shocked Thor as I smiled.

"Loki, like I told you before, I know what's going to happen in the future events... you're about to go to the cells in Asgard and then this disaster will come to Asgard because of the dark Elves. Now, something will happen to your mother and I just want to tell you. I will be there before all of that happens okay? You will become a changed person in the future. Trust me on this okay?" I whispered to him and he seemed to understand as he nodded his head sadly.

"You aren't evil love. You're just misunderstood." I kissed his temple before walking towards Thor who still seemed shocked by his brother's mood.

"Come on, let's take care of him and the city." I said as I walked away and Thor grabbed his brother by his arm and they followed me out to the elevator.
