Chapter fourteen- Queen Frigga

I swear when I say that I almost fainted because of Loki, it's because I almost did. My eyes got wide as I stared up at his closed ones. My heart rate picked up.

No. This isn't some romance cliche movie.

I kneed him where the sun doesn't shine as his face got red from the impact and fell to the floor.

"I told you. We need to discuss about what the future holds. I didn't come here so that I can kiss you. So where was I? Oh yes. There's a monster in one of these cells and he's going to ruin the day by trying to kill anyone in its way." I told him when I saw him on the floor.

"Why should I listen." He hissed making me sigh.

"Because is you don't listen, then your mother dies." I told him and at that moment I saw that the sentence made him tear up.

"But—"

Suddenly a voice distracted Loki from whatever he had to say.

"The books I sent, do they not interest you?" Queen Frigga said out of nowhere and I gasped as I helped Loki get back up to his feet.

He smirked making me glare at him.

"Oh shit, your highness, fuck.." I tried to bow down to her which ended terribly.

"Kitten.." Loki snorted as I tired to bow down again correctly this time.

"Shit, I'll do it right this time love.. just give me a minute.. fuck.." I almost tripped in which resulted on the Queen giggling.

"It's alright darling, you don't have to bow down." Queen Frigga said making me sigh.

"Thank God because I need to practice on my posture and other things.. but let me introduce myself ma'am. My name is Y/N Y/L/N, pleased to meet you." I gave her my cheesiest smile and she smiled back.

"I like her already Loki, I can tell she's a keeper." Queen Frigga said and I blushed at her comment.

"Mother.." Loki groaned and I could tell that he was struggling to not to blush.

"But I came for you Loki. I want to talk to you." Queen Frigga stared as I awkwardly sat down on the bed.

"I've done everything in my power to make you comfortable Loki.. do you understand that?" She asked Loki as Loki groaned.

"Have you? Does Odin share your concern? Does Thor? It must be so inconvenient them asking after me day and night." Loki replied.

My face fell. Oh shit. This is the part where he gets out of control.

"Your actions brought you here." She told him.

"My actions. I was merely giving truth to the lie that I have been fed my entire life, that I was born to be king."

"A king? A true king admits his faults. What of the lives you took on Earth?" She asked him making him look at her.

"A mere handful compared to the number that Odin has taken himself." Loki hissed.

"It's not a competition..." I whispered. Hopefully he didn't listen because I could tell he was getting angrier.

"Your father.."

"HE IS NOT MY FATHER!" He shouted at her and I quickly jogged towards Queen Frigga.

"Do not fucking yell at her." I said in a dark voice making him laugh.

"Do not tell me what to do mortal." He spit making me angry.

"Mortal? Ha. Funny term." I snorted making him angrier.

"You are nothing but a mere mortal who's looking for someone to understand her." Loki said making me look at him in confusion.

"Hold up what?" I scoffed when he kept on talking.

"No wonder your family never even bother to look for you. They probably forgot about you. You are just a mewling quim who just wants everyone to follow her around so that she can feel the love. You are a dis——"

I slapped him as soon as he was about to continue his next sentence.

How dare he say those awful things knowing that they are probably not true.

"How fucking dare you! You sick lunatic bastard!" I yelled at him and I felt tears forming in my eyes.

"Loki.." Queen Frigga said.

He walked closer to me making me feel a little bit intimidated by his height.

"So that kiss that you gave me, meant nothing to you then?" I asked him and when he shook his head my heart sort of broke.

"No." He angrily said before I glared at him.

"Then am I not your mother?" Queen Frigga continued to test his patience. I could tell that Loki was hesitating to answer.

"You're not." He whispered when he looked at her.

"You are so perceptive about everyone but yourself. Y/N darling, come with me so that I can teach you more about Asgard." Queen Frigga said with tears in her eyes making my heart ache at her state of sadness.

"Alright your highness." I told her when her hologram disappeared.

Damn I forgot about her disappearing before Loki went to hold her hand in the movie.

"Kitten.."

"Don't. Just fucking don't." I said making him look at me with tears in his eyes.

"I'm so sorry. I did not mean to say those things." He pleaded making me shake my hand.

"Did you not mean those things? I think you did. I'll see you later when Thor gets your ass out of here." I said making him tear up even more.

I opened up a portal and walked through it which led to the gardens to where Thor was looking out to the lake.

"Thor, we need to talk. Have the dark elves arrived yet?" I asked him when I approached him.

"No, but I think those ships are them." He pointed to the sky making my blood run cold.

"We have to go." I quickly told him when I ran to where Queen Frigga and Jane where at.
