The ringing is getting louder

I had the urge to turn around but every time I do there wouldn't be anyone I felt like I was being watched by a few pairs of eyes

I saw my phone glitching out randomly only a few times but after a minute or longer it stopped and 2 hours ago something was messing with the sound though I had my headphones on full blast watching an Undertale comic
Is it normal to even feel watched by more than 1 person (4/23/19)

I was at my neighbor's house (I'm not giving away who my neighbor is) I was watching Family Guy I might not have been hallucinating but I think I saw BEN Drowned only a few things about him
