I was standing by the bike racks with some girls I had met. Their names were Jessica, Alicia, Sarah, Rachel, Keyra, and Natalie. We were talking about Owen. Suddenly, Owen walked over to us. "Oh my gosh, he is walking to us!" I whispered. "Act natural!" He moved away from everyone else and came to me. "Can I have a hug?" Owen asked nicely. I nodded my head. He wrapped his arms around me as I did the same. "His hug was as warm as toast!" I said. I was so happy. I told everyone the whole, entire story.

The next day, I woke up like everyday. Although when I got to school, it was different. I held the door like usual. But when Owen walked by, he didn't bow. Instead he put his arms out and around, me. I was holiding one door and Alicia was holding the other. "You must be happy!" Alicia said. I nodded. That whole day, I could not stop smiling. Some of Owen's friends were helping me and telling about stuff he liked. I felt great.

That night, all I thought of was Owen. He was the only thing my brain caught. I couldn't wait until the next day. For me, whenever I am exited, it takes forever for the next moment to happen. But he made me feel good about myself. I always feel insecure about myself. He made me feel good about who I was. When I told him I was called fat and ugly, he comforted me and said that I wasn't. He was different from others. He was more outgoing. Owen wasn't afraid of anything... At least in my brain.

The next day, Owen messaged me on Kik. He wrote:

      Owen: Hey!

      Me: Hi!

      Owen: What's up?

Me: Nm hbu (nothing much, how about you)

Owen: Nothing. How are your parents?

      Me: They're still fighting sadly.

Owen: That sucks. I gotta go study for a test.

     Me: Ok bye.

Whenever I talk to him, I just fill with joy.
