-Louis' POV-

"This is it." Eleanor said quietly. I looked at her, noting how tense her smaller body was. We were standing in front of a large alleyway.

"What if he's in there?" She asked, looking up at me, fear alight in her eyes. I stared hard into the dark alley, squinting slightly.

"If he's in there then we need to get him out." I muttered, cautiously stepping into it. I hoped Eleanor wouldn't follow me in. As much as I didn't want to go alone, I didn't need two people missing. But of course, a few seconds later and the light clacking of her heels came up behind me. I could feel her brushing against me, and hear her hushed yet still ridged breathing. Another few seconds and she was no longer with me. I turned around to see her standing about a yard behind me, just waiting.

"Are you coming?" I asked. She shook her head and I rolled my eyes, going back to her.

"Eleanor, love. Please just come with me, or stay behind. I don't want anything happening to you." I said genuinely. She looked at me, disbelief shining clear in her eyes. Well, from what I could see anyway.

I looked down slightly. I guess I can't blame her for not taking me seriously. She had been my 'beard' before, to prove to the fans that I wasn't dating Harry. It was still a tiny bit awkward, even now. But since we're actually dating we'll get over it.

"I mean it." I told her quietly, looking her in the eye and holding out my hand. She hesitantly took it then smiled a bit, and we began walking farther back into the alley. Eleanor stopped again and let out a muffled shriek. I whipped my head around and my jaw dropped. A tall man dressed in black with a mask over his face was holding her, covering her mouth.

"Let her go!" I shouted, kicking both of his shins. He grunted loudly and doubled over to grab at the long bones between his knees and ankles. Eleanor backed away quickly and looked up at me with huge eyes.

"Let's get out of here," I suggested quickly, and Eleanor nodded.

-"Don't come back!" The guy growled, eyes flashing visibly in the darkness.

-"We won't!" Eleanor assured, not even bothering to look back before we retreated back into the daylight.

"Well that went swimmingly," I muttered. Eleanor nodded beside me.

"Louis," she whispered, "if Harry was in there, then he's not coming out in one piece." She told me, voicing the exact words that I had dreaded to hear. But I couldn't argue with her.

"Oh my gosh..." I whispered, "This is all my fault." I sat on the curb and buried my face in my hands. Eleanor bent down and wrapped her arms around me, pressing a soft kiss to my temple. But I didn't want Eleanor's kiss. This time, I wanted it to be Harry's lips so near to my face. I wanted it to be Harry who was hugging me.

I want Harry.

"Louis, babe. You need to get some sleep." Eleanor murmured. She got to her feet and helped me up. I wasn't paying attention to anything, it was as if the only live things in the world were the thoughts swimming around in my head.

I don't remember walking back to the tour bus, and I don't remember getting in any bed. But it's a good thing I did, because I passed out after that. Literally. And I really didn't want to fall and crack my head open in the middle of the town.
