Harry is in the BSD universe. Whether he fell through the veil or some other reason. He doesn't have his magic but he has some sort of ability. He does something that makes the armed detective agency distrust him but he didn't mean it. I was thinking that maybe he could take the place of Atsushi. Dazai doesn't trust him and has threatened him but still acts himself. At some point Harry breaks down and tells Dazai about his world and life. I thought maybe it could be like Dazai somehow got into his apartment and he had a horrible nightmare from his past.
