Having a talk with Dom

"So what were you doing when you were forced away by your mother?"
"Basically the bitch moved us away and had gotten a new boyfriend Phil who became my best friend. She could not for the life of her get a job and couldn't get electronics to work for the life of her. That brought me amusement because I don't help her. People were so stupid at my school and all of them were basically plastic. I always got good/okay grades so I could get out of school right away and not stay back. I got to fight punks who thought I was weak and did not care of the lecture I got. Found one of my mates but he ended up being an Asshole because he didn't want me to leave. I took Rosie with me and now we're here."
Dom Is thinking about what I said and I just put my head on his and closed my eyes. He mumbles to me
"Which is the other mate?"
I hesitated because he was my other mate. I thought he was with letty and I'm afraid that he only considered me as a sister but I sighed since I never lie to him I'll have to tell him
"You."
He didn't say anything and I was afraid to turn my head and look at him. My fingers were trembling and I couldn't pretend that I was only his adopted sister in all but paperwork and that I couldn't pretend that I was genuinely happy if he saw me only in that light. Suddenly he spoke
"I was never with letty."
That sentence made me look at him in suprise
"We're only best friends. The only reason we were kissing was because she wanted to make her ex jealous and I was single."
I finally understand why letty laughed when I'd apologize to her after I check Dom out. I giggled a little in amusement.
"I only have one mate now. I choose you if you'll let me."
He smirked grabbing the back of my neck
"Your my ride or die. Of course I want you as my girl baby doll."
And after that sentence our lives changed and then he kissed me.
