Nobody dared go anywhere near Lewis, even if he told them he wouldn't murder them. Whenever he approached anyone, they ran away and told him not to hurt them. This was understandable considering the fact that he had killed Sips and Turps for no apparent reason and attempted to murder Hannah and Kim, but still Lewis wished somebody could forgive him or at least talk to him. It was like being a ghost, but instead of people not knowing he was there they're avoiding him on purpose.

Simon, who now had the task of constantly spying on Lewis, noticed that he didn't seem to want to murder anyone anymore. This was a good sign. But he also seemed really depressed and lonely. This probably wouldn't lead to anything good. But Simon figured it was best to leave him alone for awhile, it wouldn't do anyone any good to provoke him and potentially cause everyone else to be killed to. But little did they know, this strategy would just get someone else killed.

Lewis never went to Yogtowers anymore, which was understandable, and he instead stayed home and sat around all day. He was starting to become very introverted, preferring being alone to being around people. Ocassionally Martyn tried to talk to him and convince him to come back to Yogtowers but he never really listened. Eventually, he had enough of Martyn's pestering so he went in to Yogtowers with a gun to end this once and for all. He snuck into Martyn's office when he wasn't paying much attention and shot him once from behind. Luckily for him where the bullet hit wasn't lethal but Lewis fired again, hitting him right between the eyes when he turned around. 'Bye bye Martyn. Want me to come to the office again?' Poor old Martyn fell to the floor with blood going eveywhere. 'No... Why..' He close his eyes and went limp.

Later, he opened his eyes and saw he was still in Yogtowers. He looked down and saw his own bloody corpse lying on the ground below him. 'Fantastic' he muttered to himself. 'I bet that everyone else is here too...' He walked down the hall and saw that he was, in fact, correct. 'Hey Martyn!' Duncan greeted him. 'Welcome to being a ghost.' Just then Simon walked in with a worried expression on his face. 'Martyn-' he then noticed Martyn standing there. 'I guess you guys already know then.' 'Know what?' Turpster said walking in. 'Well it appears that I've died...' Martyn said matter-of-factly. The conversation was interrupted as Kim walked up to them. 'Hello' she said creepily. She had a huge wound where it looked like somebody had tried to slice her in half with an axe. 'You look... terrible!' Simon exclaimed. 'Not that you lot look any better. Anyway, can any of you explain why Lewis just tried to slice me open with an axe?' 'This can't be good...' Duncan commented. 'I have no idea..' Simon said helpfully. 'Gee thanks.'
