PROLOGUE

Hi! I am Nayah Kim, 18 years of age!

I was living with a happy family until my baby brother was born.

My father hated my baby brother since then, because he always thought that it's not his 'own' son.

Back then, when I turned 17 and my brother was 14.

He got more suspicious to my mom.

Sometimes, when we're going home from school, we would always hear some noise.

Like vase, bottle, glass or whatsoever.

In that case, my brother always stay on my bedroom 'cause he's scared.

Sometimes, he would say that he don't belong to this family.

But I'm trying myself to comfort him.

And then, when my mom died from the car accident, father always go home drunk.

One year passed since our mother died, I noticed that my father was sometimes staring at me.

It feels creepy though.

So, I'm hurrying up doing my thing then climbed upstairs.

And that night happened my worst nightmare.

I was woke up by someone squeezing my thighs.

I stood up straight and I was shocked, 'cause my own father did that.

This is the time me and my brother ran away from the house.

To escape.

To ran away.

To forget everything.

But I think I can't.

When he did that to me, I felt disgusted for him.

But he is still my father, I still loved my father, our father.

But he  attempted to rape me.

I don't know now.

I need justice.

But how am I supposed to do that if no one is on my side?

I have no friends.

I have no more relatives.

I only have my brother.

If mom is still here, but I can't rewind time.

Until we met someone who will care for us, someone who have our backs.

Someone who will always be on our side.

Someone who will stay.
