the bell rang signalling that school was over.

"finally."

i sighed and looked over to where my friends were.

"let's go guys, hurry up and pack your things."

they all nodded.

"wait, but don't you and chan have detention?"

areum asked, confused.

"shit i forgot."

"well let's go, i don't want to hear another curse coming from your mouth."

"oh hell no i can't help it."

chan just sighed then we both looked at our other friends.

"guess we better get going guys, stay safe."

i told the others. i heard some 'thanks'.

i gestured for chan to come with me to the stupid detention room i never went into.

yes, i never went inside a detention room.

"go look for a seat i'm gonna go to the toilet for a sec."

he nodded. i walked to the toilet and did my business.

as i was done, i walked back to the room and saw chan sitting down at the very back.

"why here?"

i asked as i neared him.

"my body told me."

"tsk, whatever. move."

"why move when there's another seat beside me?"

"i wanna stay on the outer side."

he sighed then stood up to go to the inner side.

i sat.

a teacher walked inside.

i guess she's gonna be taking care of us.

"ok, so i see only two students. no problem. just don't do any funny business back there."

both of us nodded and the teacher sat on her seat.

*time skip*

an hour has passed and we told our teacher our session has ended.

"ok, both of you may leave."

we paced our way out of the room.

"phew, that was tiring even though we only had to sit."

"i know, i can't just do nothing."

"well we should've done something."

"shh, atleast it's over."

i looked at him and smiled.

"the fact that i was with you, i was fine."

i cringed at what he said. then he saw me.

"ok fine i'll stop."

he said, laughing.

we arrived at the door of my house, i didn't know it would be that soon.

"well see ya tomorrow!"

i looked at him and smiled. he just pouted.

"why the sad face?"

"no goodbye kiss?"

"you're so cheesy."

"i need it."

he continued to pout. but it faded away when i did the gesture.

"ok shoo, go now."

"agressive much?"

i laughed.

"no but... bye!"

i opened the door then closed the door instantly.

"what's her problem?"

i heard chan speak to himself outside. i just shrugged it off.

"so how was school?"

my brother spoke, which shocked me.

"shit you surprised me."

"no cursing."

"anyways, it was fine. except the fact that me and chan had detention."

"you had what?"

"detention."

"why?"

"late for class. we headed to the canteen for food, then boom. late."
