Tobirama's New Rival

Being put inside one of the 'cars' as he heard his father say when trying to look for his in the vast pool of other cars lined up almost touching each other. Being driven to his new average looking home and being situated, keeping tabs on what is around him and what he could find useful to anything that shows that a war hasn't happened or isn't going on. Call him paranoid but he grew up in a war and died in the First Shinobi World War. Sure he should be looking for why he was reincarnated but how would he do that? Would it just be simple and quick like a note from god giving a full explanation and saying good luck at the end? No, he figured that he could find that out later when he gets older.

'Is this a punishment or a blessing? Seems only time will tell.'The only thing he can do is look around since he can't talk or even crawl yet. He was left in a crib while his 'new' mother started making him food. Guess the only choice is to wait until he can at least do one of the things stated. 'Well patience is key for a ninja' a world can never not have conflict and Tobirama knew that so he resolved himself to not stop being the ninja that he once was in his old world.

It's been 10 months in his new world and with his past knowledge can talk and walk almost perfectly. (I have no idea how babies work) The house that he lives in is a three bedroom home, one bath, a kitchen and a decently sized living room. It seems that his parents aren't looking to have any other children which either means that his brothers wouldn't be reincarnated, they are in this world but born in another family or they are still in the Spirit realm. It may bum him out a tiny bit but he won't show it. If they haven't then that means that they are still together with no need to train or fight.

Tobirama didn't really like the idea of going to kindergarten.

His five years of life gave him the chance to learn about all the basic things that currently are in the world and honestly, Tobirama was surprised. The black square that he saw was actually called a cellphone and can be used to communicate with people from across the world with no problems. Sort of like his flying Raijin but with no need to place his seal or teleport. Another thing is the vast amount of information that people can have in their pockets called the internet. After adapting and figuring out how to use it, Tobirama learned about everything needed to know for his current situation except for the reason of his reincarnation.

Chakra was never a thing in this world and the only thing that is found about ninjas is this streamer of video games. Wars have occurred in the past but the last world war had ended in 1945 and life is trying to get passed that and live a peaceful life. There was no way of the world being peaceful forever with the situations of people burning down buildings and causing acts of terrorism. Other important information is that instead of chakra being the main weapon of defense, the army actually developed weapons such as guns and frighteningly nukes which he's seen through videos are comparable to the 10 tails beast bomb. "I thought humans in my world were frightening. This is unbelievable."

The last thing that is important is that there are actually no Hokage in the world. Presidents were people that lead the country and decide if we go to war or not. A giant voting is held instead of the council deciding of who the leader would be. The system was created to be fair and let the people speak for themselves.

This countries language is the same as the one of his previous life which makes kindergarten practically useless to him. All he ever does is color on sheets of paper with what he now knows are called crayons. The teachers were surprised about how understanding he is of the subjects being taught and how well he could communicate. Now notice that the words communicate with people weren't typed out and that's because he doesn't like talking to the kids around him. He finds them to childish which is obvious since they are children and he may be a child but does have knowledge and experience of a 60-year-old war veteran.
