glitch

The system works
It always works

We follow our leaders
We follow the code

We do as asked
We follow commands

But what if that code
Had a tiny glitch

One so small it was unseen
But causes a crash unlike others

This glitch was misjudged
Told it was nothing

But this little glitch
Never let it get her away

She danced and sang
When others stayed still and silent

She played her games
As others worked all day

She finally broke out in rebellion
Others followed her same fate

She knew she wouldn't survive
So she sacrificed her heart

It died in battle
And won this war

And at the end they knew
She was
A glitch
