"Pleeeaase let me up. I won't run. Or hit you again. And I promise not to throw anything this time." (Y/N) whined from her position on the floor, face smooshed, hands held together, and a heavy boot on her back.

"Tch. No." More whines and complaints came from the girl he was told to hold down until she finally calmed herself. Sighing with the thought that this process would be much longer than he hoped, Levi prepared to completely block her voice out. "Shut up. Your voice is annoying."

"Shut up. Your voice is annoying."

"How old are you?"

"How old are you?"

"Quit it."

"Quit it."

"I will knock you unconscious."

"Go ahead." Smirking at the small victory of stopping the girl from copying himself, he heaved her off the ground (wiping his hands off afterwards, of course) and looked her dead in the eye.

"Are you done?" His usually monotone voice clearly laced with annoyance as he watched the girl brush the dirt off her clothes and grumbled things along the lines of 'stupid old man' and 'coulda been a bit more gentle' making him roll his eyes in response. Walking back towards where he assumed Erwin was waiting he heard the light steps that indicated the girl was following. Once they arrived back to the infirmary the (h/c) ette had initially run away from they were greeted by the shocked look of the nurse and, once again, amused look of the Commander. Brushing past the girl he had held the door open for he pretended he hadn't caught her sticking her tongue out at him immaturely.

"So?" The Commander raised one large brow at Levi in hopes to be filled in on the situation, only getting an annoyed look in response. Flicking his gaze to the girl whose clothes were now noticeably dirtier than before. "You claim to have no previous memory of how you ended up in the forest or even this..world? As I believe you called it." Watching the girl pout and nod while not taking her glare off the Corporal, making him heave a deep sigh. "The other captains and I will have to discuss your situation and what to do with you, but for now you will join some of the cadets and aid them with their chores." Seeing the 'really bitch?' look that was thrown at him, he sighed for what felt the hundredth time that day. "You do not get a choice. You showed up out of nowhere and we need to do something with you. You will help the cadets. Levi, gather the other captains and meet me in my office. That is all." Turning swiftly and leaving with Levi following behind, (Y/N) groaned and threw her head back in dismay. She looked over to the small blonde that had been assigned to watch her for the time being and sent her a forced smile.

"You're Christa?" An embarrassed blush and tiny nod confirmed her suspicions and she returned the nod. Closing her eyes for a moment to collect her thought, she pondered what she could do in this predicament.

It's a dream. It's totally a dream. Maybe it's a nightmare. I'll go along with it, it'll be fine, and I'll wake up later. There is no possible way for this to not be a dream, so obviously it is. It's chill. I'm chill. When I wake up I'll eat some junk and forget this. Screw my brain for coming up with this. Especially all the grumpy people.

Making up her mind (Y/N) opened her eyes and sent a real smile towards the blonde. "Alright. Where are we going?"

Staring at the scene in front of her, (Y/N) couldn't help but snicker. A brunette boy was on the back of Jean, pulling on his hair as a tall dark haired male tried to pull them apart and calm the situation. A large, muscular blonde was laughing loudly while the lanky boy next to him looked uncomfortable, both being scrutinized by an intimidating blonde girl. A taller brunette rushed up to Christa and began asking her where she was while sending the occasional glare towards (Y/N). A girl with a red scarf sat quietly eyeing the brunette boy who was now rolling on the floor with Jean as a longer haired blonde boy jumped out of the way. Consequently, he knocked over a tray of food, knocking the bread onto the floor. A cry of anguish was heard as a girl pounced onto the bread while being chased by a boy with a buzz cut.

"Excuse me?" (Y/N) called into the chaos, slightly concerned for the boy next to the large blonde who looked like he may pass out at any second. The only person who noticed her was the longer haired blonde boy who gave her an inquisitive look before being knocked over again by the brawling pair. Pinching the bridge of her nose and taking a deep breath, the girl let out a loud, "I SAID EXCUSE ME," immediately catching everyone's attention as they froze to look at her.

"Who're you?" The brunette that was now pinned under Jean called out. Still admittedly perplexed by her situation, (Y/N) told the group her name and that she was sent to help them out by 'Captain Pipsqueak,' which earned a few laughs. The room seemed much calmer than a few minutes ago as people began introducing themselves. The brunette from before walked up to her and gave her a bright smile. "I'm Eren!" His enthusiastic yet blunt words brought a smile to (Y/N)'s face. His little crows-feet under his eyes showed he smiled often; probably a very emotion driven boy. "This is Mikasa, and that's Armin." Respectively pointing to each person as the girl gave her a small nod and the boy gave her a shy wave. Before she could say anything an arm was wrapped around her waist and she was turned towards a new figure.

Shooting her a charming smile was the same blonde boy from earlier she had seen laughing. "Reiner Braun. You're hot." A tick mark appeared over her head at his bluntness as she swiftly brought her knee up between his legs. Letting out a strangled gasp before crumpling to his knees everyone went quiet as they witnessed this tiny girl drop Reiner to the floor.

"Don't be an arrogant bitch and next time that won't happen." She gave a sickly sweet smile before feeling a tap on her shoulder, prompting her to turn towards the owner of the finger. Before her was an extremely tall, and I mean extremely tall, boy with an obvious blush coating his cheeks while he avoided eye contact.

"I'm s-sorry about my f-friend R-Reiner, sometimes h-he doesn't un-understand personal space...I-I'm Bertholdt by the way..." Incapable of seeing this cute boy so worried she quickly brought her arms around his torso and gave him a tight hug, reassuring him that there was no harm done and he shouldn't worry. Pulling away and giving him a large smile she watched as his face somehow adorned an even deeper blush than before.

"It's you again." A blunt voice said from the sidelines. Turning her head to see Jean standing next to the boy who was trying to keep him from fighting earlier.

"No, I'm (Y/N). Thought you would have remembered that." With a cheeky smile she looked at the boy next to Jean and stuck out her hand. "You just heard my name, what's yours?" A gently smile spread across his face as he shook her hand.

"Marco Bodt, nice to meet you, (Y/N)!" They shared a smile and she turned to the last two who hadn't been introduced. Annie, she'd learned her name from Bertholdt, wasn't much of the social type. Looking at the two she had yet to speak to she was met with the sight of them stuffing their faces with the food that had been forgotten on the tables. Raising a brow in a silent question she heard Eren let out a laugh and explain to her.

"That's Sasha and Connie. They..uh...really like food. Hope you weren't hungry." Laughing and waving them off the (h/c) girl put her hands on her hips and sent a smile.

"Great to meet you all! You guys are way better than that grump of a midget. Hopefully we can be friends, though I'm not sure how long I'm here for." Watching as the smiles that were facing her seconds ago morph into looks of pure terror, (Y/N) sighed and turned around. "Yknow, it's a little too cliche to show up when I'm making fun of you, Corporal London." Growling and making sure all the other cadets were aware of his sour mood, he walked to the door leading outside and turned to face them before walking out.

"Training. NOW."
