Chapter Eight

As the days went by before the trip me and Aaron were hanging out everyday, he would always come down when my classes and dance practice were done and we would just go eat, go to the park, I'll let him in my room and we would watch movies. What? Did you think I was giving him some of this booty? Well ya thought wrong, I'm starting to like the kid, but that's too fast, maybe on this trip though 😝. Haha I'm just playing, kind of 😏. Seriously though, I haven't felt like this with anyone for a long time and I'm starting to like this feeling.

The day before the trip

"Kim are you already packed?" I said double checking everything, "For the up-tenth time Ty, yes I packed everything" She said rolling her eyes, "Alright, just know, you aren't borrowing anything from me or don't be like Ty I forgot this or that, because you did it last year and you lost my phone charger and you ripped my favorite jeans!" I said rolling my eyes.

*phone ringing*

"Hello?" I asked putting my phone on speaker, "Hey baby girl, what you doing?" Aaron asked, "Baby girl?" Kim asked, I just rolled my eyes, " What did I tell you about calling me that?" "I don't care what you told me, now answer my question baby girl, what are you doing?" "Ugh, you get on my nerves, I'm checking my bags making sure I have everything, do you have everything packed?" "Yes baby girl, stop stressing out, what ever you forget at home I'll buy you in Jamaica." He said, " I know that, but I don't need to be spoiled, but hey I'll see you at the airport tonight." "Okay baby girl, I like you" He said, "I like you too." I said smiling.

"Baby girl? I like you? Bitch you gave him the pussy didn't you?" Kim asked throwing a pillow at me, "No girl, but if he continues to act right, he might get a taste." I said laughing. "Girl I'm happy for you, but ain't it weird when y'all do the I like you thing?" She asked, "No, well kind of, when he first said it, it threw me off because you know that's what me and my ex said to each other before we said I love you.. but I'm comfortable with it now." I said, "That's good, now let go get something to eat, I'm starving." She said

A few hours later

"Where is Carmen and Bri? Our Lyft is 15 minutes away." Kim asked, "I don't know, let's go ahead a take our stuff outside the room and I'll knock on their door." I said grabbing the bags. We put our stuff in the hallway, check our room and made sure everything was unplugged, cleaned up and we locked out door. I knocked on Bri and Carmen's door and they opened it, "Come in guys the lyft is like 7!minutes away we need to head downstairs" I said helping them grab their bags. We all head downstairs, just in time to catch the lyft.

At The Airport

We thank the lyft driver, grab our bags and start to check in. After we check in, we found Aaron and Nathan and sat beside them. "Hey baby girl." Aaron said standing up hugging me. "Hey big head." I said hugging him back, "Hey Nate (short for Nathan)." Everyone said waving at him, he nodded while eating a big ass burger, we laughed. "Y'all ready to hop on this flight!?" Nate asked with a mouth full of food, "Alright, for one sugar foot, don't talk with ya mouth full it ain't cute, second hell yeah I'm ready for this flight, I'm ready for Jamaica !!" Kim said with excitement, "I'm not sure Jamaica is ready for your crazy ass." Nate said laughing, she just shot him a bird. "Maybe when we get to Jamaica." He said winking at her, she just blushed.

"Y'all crazy, anyways I'm about to head to the restroom, we still got a good hour left before we board." I said standing up. I started walking to the bathroom, I felt someone staring at me, I turned to look, but didn't notice anyone, so I continued to the rest room. After doing my business, I washed my hands and looked up in the mirror and noticed it was another girl beside me and she looked like the girl I saw in the restaurant with my ex.

"Excuse me, hi, I just wanted to say your really pretty." I said, "Awe Thank you, so are you! What's your name?" "Tatyana, what about you?" "My name is Stephanie, but just call me Steph." She said shaking my hand. My heart stopped, "By any chance do you know a girl named Briana and she has a girlfriend named Carmen?" I asked, "Yes, I'm about to go meet them now." She said still smiling, "Oh that's good, you can walk with me I'm with them." I told her, "Oh that great, my friend he's in the restroom too but he should be out my now." I nodded

We step out of the restroom and that's when I saw him, Curtis, he looked right me right in my eyes. We kind of stared at each other for a while before I started to walk back toward the group. I sat right beside Aaron, I put my head phones on and snuggled under him. He looked at me smiling, but when he looked behind me, he looked mad, then he looked at me again and just nodded. Within the next few minutes we were boarding the plane.

"Baby girl? I like you?" Oh shit looks like things are getting a little juicy with Tatyana and Aaron. Tatyana just seen Curtis up close and personal after 8 months. What's gonna happen between the two. You'll have to wait and see, Tell me what you think in the comments.
