"Honey, you don't have to worry about anything, your in High school now nobody's gonna care if your the 'nerd'" yeah that's what you think mom. *rolls eyes* I nodded and looked at my fidgeting hands in my lap.
"Besides sweety I'm sure Oliver will be thrilled to see you since you said and I quote 'Oliver is my bestes friend in the world'" I felt the blood rush to my face and Cayden's knowing smirk grew, I stick my tongue out to him and he returned it.
"Fine" mom smiled gently and leaned into the back seat to give me a kiss on the cheek. As I left the car I faintly heard Cayden say "Don't worry mommy, I'll take care of her" he kissed mom on the cheek and climbed out, he ran to catch up with me and draped his arm over my shoulders.
"So 'lil sis you wanna hang with me and my friends today?" I smiled and gave a slow nod, it's not like I have any other friends Oliver probably has friends of his own. But when we arrived at my brother's group (the bad boys) I was surprised to see Oliver casually talking to them.
It took him a while to notice me awkwardly standing there before he grabbed me into a bear hug "Lil!" he picked me up and spun us around, we got a few stares from passing guys and a million death glares from the girls.
After he put me down we continued talking to my brother and his friends. And that's when I felt the safest knowing Oliver would be there with me all day...
