TONI FORCED LOVE

MARRIAGE PROPOSITION

We were supposed to meet at 1pm, this is 2:30pm I hate waiting for people. I kept fuming and couldn't seat still in my chair,Mofe ordered two cup of cold milkshake to relieve me of my anger. I am not a hot tempered person but lateness just irritates me a lot.
    Almost finishing my shake,I saw the restaurant door and Strange and a handsome guy of his age walked in all dressed up suit. They walked towards us and greeted us,after the exchange of pleasantries. We got to work.
    "My name is Femi Macaulay,I am Mr Adekunle Adeoti lawyer,well we're sorry for our lateness please bear with us." He said. "At least someone has a sense of decency to know that lateness is bad"  I muttered to myself.
  "Well,since we're all on the same page,this is the proposition on my client towards Miss Toni. The rules are listed below ,I'll read them out. Feel free to change any that would be to your disadvantage please"
   "Ohh yes we'll surely do that" Mofe cuts in.
He reads,"
1. Rule 1: Both parties will have separate rooms,but will only entertain one another only when family comes visiting before the end of the first year.
2. Rule 2: Party B(Miss Toni ) is not allowed to touch stuffs in the fridge and bar of Party A's house which means buy your food.
3. Rule 3:No naked walking around the house, always shut the door of your rooms.
4. Rule 4: Each parties must know each other's whereabouts.
5. Rule 5:Party B must stay at a distance of 3 metres away from Party A.
6: Rule 6: Party B must be angry when Party A brings any of his friends and opposite sex home.
7. Rule 7:NO CATCHING OF FEELINGS.NO EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT." He said.
    I just kept on similing through out his reading,I was really happy because I could really do this like ABC. I signalled to Mofe to carry out her work.
"Woah such a nice proposal,well my client here also so proposition to make. The rules are as follows
Rule 1:You don't expect my client to perform the duties of a wife but sexually and housework.
Rule 2:You have no right to complain about my client's dressing and style of doing things.
Rule 3:You are not allow to come closer to my client,her room or the bathroom. Breach of this will require you to pay a fine of #200000.00.
Rule 4:You are expected to always have your keys with you because my client will not subject to opening of doors.
Rule 5: Strictly do your own laundry,and your cooking.
Rule 6: No vulgar language and abuses at my client.
Rule 7:NO FEELING, EMOTIONALLY ATTACHMENTS.
Are we all on the same page?,do we all agree to the terms and conditions?" We both nodded yes and the papers were signed and exchanged. I was quite delighted and I hugged Mofe and some tears dropped of my eyes. She looked up at me and said "I and all the girls all solidly behind you. We'll surely help you out,I know it won't be easy but be strong for yourself,us and your family. We got this girl!!!" She said almost in tears. I never expected things to turn out this way for me.
I was quite happy because I and my girls will be together in the US so I won't really get choked up with this trouble even though they all married.
   I went home just only to get home and see Mama asking me questions. I pretended once again  that the date went well. I had to prepare for the new life ahead.
  I slept peacefully like a baby,only to hear a knock on my door. "They want you to get married in a month time. I know all this is overwhelming for you but I pray you'll get to adjust as time goes on." Mum said. "The faster the better for me, thanks Mom"I said.
I was quite delighted a bit, time for shopping. I called my girls and fixed up a date for the shopping.
