Jughead POV
Just after the texts, Betty fell back asleep. I, on the other hand, got up to go do something. I was gonna ask Betty to prom. I already had the idea of how. I had heard Betty singing the song 'Speechless' by Dan + Shay and I was gonna work with that. I already had Veronica helping me get Betty where I need her. Now I just have to get set up.

Betty POV
I woke back up to the sound of my phone ringing. I picked it up to see Veronica's name. "Hello?" I answered.

"Hey, B," Veronica said. "Wanna go to Pops for lunch? Girls day. It can be me and you and Cheryl and Josie. We can go shopping for prom dresses after!"

"Alright. I'll talk to Jug and tell him that I'm coming," I said, stifling a yawn.

"Kay, I'll pick you up in half an hour," Veronica said into the phone.

"Okay. See you soon. Bye."

"Bye." I saw that it was almost noon now, so I got out of bed and went to the kitchen. I saw Jughead washing dishes. I went up behind him and kissed him on the cheek. "Hey babe."

"Hey, betts. I heard you on the phone. What was that all about?"

"Veronica," I said. "We're going dress shopping today for prom. She's gonna be here in half an hour so I'm gonna get ready."

"Okay," Jughead replied. I went back to the bedroom and pulled out a pair of light jeans, a white tank top, and a plaid shirt of Juggie's. I put on my white Vans and then quickly pulled my hair into a ponytail. I put on a little makeup and then went back to the kitchen. Just as got in, the door opened.

"Hey, V," I said as she walked through the door. "Jug, I'm leaving, bye, babe."

He came up to me and kissed me quickly. "Bye, Betts have a good day." I left with Veronica. She drove us to Pops where we met Cheryl and Josie, who were already in a booth. We sat down with them and a waitress came to take our order. We all ordered and started chatting.

"I never asked," I said, "Why didn't Toni come?"

"She can't see my dress before hand, plus she said she had something to do," Cheryl explained. I nodded.

"Makes sense." Our food came and we ate quickly, so we could move on to shopping. We drove together in Veronica's car. We went to the first, and only, bridal shop in town. The four of us were excited to be doing this together, like the old days, before the Black Hood and G&G and Jason's murder. All that was solved now though, so it was just like before it happened, now. Of course we'd changed because of it, the whole town had, but it's way calmer now.

Third Person
The girls found the prom dresses, they covered a whole wall of the decent-sized store. Cheryl immediately began looking for red, of course. Betty just scanned, looking for anything that appealed to her.

"Oooh," Josie exclaimed, "this is cute!" She pulled out a bright yellow dress that was skin tight. Everyone laughed at her comment. The girls tried on dresses, seriously and because the others dared them to. It was all in all a good time.

At the end of the day, all four of them had found a dress. Cheryl's was two pieces and the bottom was red and the top was beaded. Josie found one that was black and faded to gold at the bottom and it was sequinned. Veronica's was champagne coloured and two piece. It was actually quite similar to Cheryl's, but different colours. And Betty's was pink with jewels at the neck and waist. It was gorgeous.

Next, the girls decided to go to the nail salon and get their nails done. Prom was only a week away, so the expensive nails would last easily. They went in and all picked a manicure to match their dress.

Finally, the girls went back to Pops and Veronica and Betty dropped off Cheryl and Josie and Veronica took Betty home.

"Have a good night," Veronica said as Betty hopped out of the car. She opened the trunk and pulled out the dress bag that contained her purchase.

"You too," Betty replied, shutting the trunk and waving to Veronica.

Betty POV
I opened the door to Jughead's trailer. I should really get used to calling it my house, I guess. I walked in and heard a faint music coming from the bedroom. I went in and saw the lights all off and there were candles everywhere. On the bed there was a sign, surrounded with lights, that said I'd be speechless staring at you standing there in your dress at Prom. Go with me? Jughead was standing beside the bed. The song Speechless was playing. It was perfect. I set my dress on the bed and ran to Jug. I kissed him.

"So," he said, separating our lips, "is that a yes?"

"Yes!" I shrieked, smiling. He picked me up and spun me around.

"So what colour is your dress?"

Toni POV
I heard Cheryl walk through the door, so I prepared myself. I held the sign I'd made that said "I know your gay as heck but can I take you STRAIGHT to prom?" and plastered a smile on my face. The red head walked through the door and met my eyes. She read the sign, giggled, and said, "Yes!"

A feeling of relief washed over me. I don't know why I was so nervous to ask my girlfriend to prom, but I was. Well now it's done. Cheryl came up and kissed me. I dropped the sign and kissed back.

Josie POV
I went home and put my dress away. I checked the time on my phone and realized I had to meet Archie for practice right away. I quickly ate the leftover food my mom had left for me and then grabbed the car keys. I drove out of the driveway and to his house.

Mr. Andrews greeted me warmly and I went up to Archie's room. I was taken aback by the fact that he was standing there with a promposal sign. It read I'll be your Troy if you'll be my Gabriella at Prom?

"You're too cute for words, Andrews," I said, smiling, warmth flowing to my cheeks.

"Is that a yes?" he asked.

"I guess so," I replied, "but as friends?"

"Okay. Whatever you want, Jos," he said. I grinned and he hugged me. I hugged back.

Veronica POV
I received a text from Reggie just as I got home asking if I wanted to come over for movies. I told him I'd be there in twenty minutes. I grabbed a few chocolate bars and a bag of chips and got back in my car and drove to his house. I got there and went inside. He was in the kitchen making popcorn. I went up behind him and kissed him on the neck. He turned around and kissed me properly. We split and he grabbed the popcorn. We went to his bedroom and settled on his bed. He turned on the TV and switched it to Netflix. He chose my favourite movie, To All The Boys I Loved Before. I never even asked for it, he just knew. I grinned. We cuddled together and watched the movie. As the credits rolled at the end he switched it to another of my favourites, The Kissing Booth. We watched this whole movie as well. Once they were both finished. I got up to go the bathroom. I finished and came back. Reggie was holding a sign that said I may not be Peter Kavinsky or Noah Flynn, and there won't be a kissing booth but this is my letter to you... Prom? I grinned.

"Can we make this official, Ronnie?" He said. I nodded and ran into his arms. He lifted me off the ground and kissed me, warmly. I smiled into the kiss.
