A/N I love the tulips, crocuses, daffodils, jonquils and irises that make up
little spring gardens that some of my friends nurture at this time of year to
usher in our spring which has been so late in coming this year.
They provide little patches of color to break the monotony of all the
evergreens and the deciduous trees that barely have their buds. My dear friend,
Regina, conscientiously tends her little planter boxes at the entrance to her
quaint log home on her sheep farm even after long work days like today when we
are still being stalked by the chilly north wind and two more cms of snow predicted
for early this evening. As a result, it is a pleasure to visit her when the sun decides to shine
and the bulbs sprout their little bursts of blues, yellows and whites assuring us that spring
really is on its way. Regina, your genuine love of flora and fauna provides so much pleasure
for yourself, your family and your close friends. Happy springtime my dear. <3
