Niall's POV

" I'M A FUCKING FATHER!!!!!!!! " He screamed. I stood there. Nothing came out of my mouth. Nothing moved at all. I didn't feel anything really. I was too shocked at what I just heard. Zayn, my boyfriend, had a kid...

His eyes grew completely wide and he started to shake. I wanted to run up and hug him but I couldn't move at all. Even if I tried I just couldn't.

" I-I-I... I c-can't.... Sorry..... " And with that, he ran. Even when Louis and Liam were walking back from Harry's house, since he was sick today, he just kept running. I felt my knees start to tremble a bit but I just sat down quickly before they fully gave out. He wasn't lying. And all I did was stand there.

Zayn's POV

Pretty soon my legs started to get tired. I was at a small dock that really no one went to. I walked to the edge of it and sat down. I started to sob into my hands as the water hit the dock slightly splashing me every now and then. I cannot believe that I actually screamed that at the top of my lungs with everyone surrounding us.

My phone started to ring.

I slowly pulled it out and looked at the caller I.D. I started to cry more when I saw who it was.

Niall.

I slowly accepted the call and held it up to my ear.

" H-hello...? " I stuttered through my tears. I heard a gasp on the other side before some yelling.

" Zayn! Where have you been? I've been worried SICK! " I heard Niall start. More tears made their way down my cheeks as I listened to him go on and on about how worried he was. I succeeded to bite back the sob until he said something that just made me click.

" Just come back... We can talk... Please? " I couldn't hold back any longer. I let out a loud sob. " Hey babe? Are you okay?! "

" N-No I-I'm n-n-not o-okay! I-I'll t-talk to y-y-you when I g-get home! Don't b-bother calling b-because... m-my phone w-will b-be off. " I said before letting out another sob. I couldn't stand talking to him right now. I didn't want to see him right yet. Or Rue, Louis, Harry or Liam. I just needed me time. They don't understand that!

" I-I'm s-sorry........... I-I-I love y-you. " He said sadly. Great. I made him upset. Whipdy doo!.

" I-I Love you too N-Ni... " And with that I hung the phone up and threw it on the dock. Great. Now I've made Niall upset. I know he doesn't mean that he loves me. He just wants me home so he can yell at me about how the fuck I managed to become a father when I'm dating him. I can't believe that I actually managed to get her pregnant...

After about an hour my phone started to ring. It was me and Rue being obnoxious. I picked my phone up and answered without looking at the caller I.D.

" Hello. " I said sadly and sleepily.

" Zayn... " I heard her on the other line. I knew exactly who it was.

" Rue. " I said without any emotion really. I was tired and sad but I just didn't want to cry anymore. I felt like no one cared about me anymore. I don't know why but I just did.

" It's Kristen isn't it? " I heard her say slowly. I took a deep breath.

" Mhm. " I said. This time I could feel the tears wanting to come back.

" Where are you? We can talk about it okay? " I could tell that she was tired but I knew she wouldn't give up until I came back home.

" The lake. " I said simply. I heard a voice in the background but couldn't tell whose. " Who's with you? " I asked her.

" Niall and Liam. " I sighed. He's probably only there because Rue dragged him. " I'll be there in ten minutes. I love you. "

" Love you too Rue. Bye. " I hung up the phone and decided to watch the sunset while I still had time to myself.

About ten minutes later, I heard a voice call my name.

" Zayn? " She said. I turned around to see who it was.

" Over here. " I told her. She made her way onto the dock and sat down next to me.

" Niall's not mad. " She started. I looked at her.

" I know he is. Don't lie. " I said.

" I'm not lying Zayn. He's not mad. He's really upset because you've been gone all day. He hasn't seen you since this morning and we all yelled at you. He feels terrible. And so do I. " She looked down at the water.

" It's fine Rue. I just couldn't get my head wrapped around it yet and you guys just were trying to get it out of me and I just snapped. I shouldn't have yelled like I did. I'm sorry. " I said looked at the sunset. I felt her hand grab mine and I smiled to myself.

" Well.. I want you to come home please? Niall's not mad and well, I saw it coming because of the day you said she missed her period. Louis is just Louis so he's okay with it and Liam doesn't really care. Neither does Hazza. Honestly. I can say I have a nephew. " She winked at me. I chuckled a bit. 

" You're sure they're not mad? " She nodded. I sighed and stood up. She looked up at me and smiled before getting up herself. I grabbed her hand and intertwined our fingers before starting to walk towards Rue and Liam's house.

We walked in silence pretty much the whole time. After about fifteen minutes, we were walking up the steps to their front door. She slowly opened it up and lead me down the hallway quietly.

I peeked into the livingroom to see Liam sitting on the couch hugging a crying Niall. I suddenly felt jealousy and regret in my chest. My smile turned into a frown quickly. I stepped into view of the two boys after Rue had let go of my hand.
