Origin: Found unconscious in the sandy Wasteland with one arm. She was given a magically enhanced hyper-realistic brass/silk prosthetic to replace it.
Details: A snow leopard spirit with extremely powerful and potent magical abilities. Her prosthetic arm can extend up to 17 feet and reform into anything needed in the current situation.
Similarly to other versions of Lucile, excluding the Sigma Timeline version of her, she has immense amounts of magic. However, this potency of magic can be manifested as a physical material, which can then be used to create powerful tools and weapons that others can use. Once they are created, they will stay as a physical manifestation for up to seven days before dissolving and returning to her body. During the time after she creates them, she must rest within at least a 25 square foot by 25 square foot room in order to keep them at maximum effectiveness until the twelve hours before they begin to disintegrate. If this begins to happen while she's in her snow leopard form, she will begin to brightly glow a random shade of red. At the moment, it seems that she is in better control of her magic in her human form, but is not to be underestimated in terms of power while she's in her snow leopard form. Her current priority is keeping the arm calibrated after it is extended or whenever a large amount of magic passes through it.
