Origin: Found floating over an ancient battlefield with Jack and Tiana Kloudstar

Details: Human with many magical abilities, most notably his Spectre Cat form

At first, Eli seemed to be a very mysterious and unnerving person, as he would often ignore any commands, however softly they were given, and almost always became the spectre. Eventually, he began listening to us and allowed us to study his fur in his Spectre Cat form, which has no unusual properties in its normal state. However, in his Phantasmic state, the only thing that lets us know that he's still in the room is his heat signature. This had led to times that we had to seal the room in a cold barrier so that he would not escape while tests were taking place. In the event that he should ever become riled up pre- or post-transformation, take extreme caution, as this is when his ghost abilities are at their strongest. They most often range from teleportation at a rapid rate to throwing several objects at once, but very rarely gets to the point of him casting mirages of himself and lifting everyone around himself and said mirages before throwing them around. These actions continue until he's either bored or the person or thing that upset him is no longer within his sight or hearing distance. Most data of him outside of this file has been deleted, so until we can install a heat-sensitive sensor around the area, this is the only file that can be left with certainty of it never being removed.
