A Blind Date

Vidushi : Okay! So it happened such that few days back Parth and I were on a date at this restaurant... we were just sitting and talking about random things when somehow the topic got on you.

*** Flashback ***

Parth : So how is Sanyukta doing?? It's been days since I have met her!!

Vidushi : She is doing great... just the same old her... busy with work at office, staying up late there and then taking the remaining at home. No doubt she is the head of our department. She is so sincere when it comes to work.

Parth (murmurs) : Reminds me of someone from my office.

Vidushi : Hmm... you said something??

Parth : No... you continue.

Vidushi : I feel she needs to loosen up and enjoy life i mean she is young and beautiful and all she does is work sometimes i feel she is really not enjoying life and is stuck up in the walls she calls work that has stopped her from really enjoying whats around her.

Parth : So... she likes someone?? I mean I know she doesn't have a boyfriend but you know crushes from work or so as she does speand a lot of time at work so maybe she likes someone there!?? And what do you mean by stuck up in the walls??

Vidushi : Umm... I don't know if I should tell you all this.

Parth : No pressure... if you want you can tell if you don't i will truly understand... i know the rule "Girls before Boys."

Vidushi : Yeah... well i will tell you vause i trust you and i know if you had asked Sanyukta she would have told you too and i would rather do that then making her sad by making her remembering all that.

Parth : If you are sure then go ahead!

Vidushi : Well lets just say that Sanyukta was in relationship with a guy after school for 3 months after school and lets just say that the jerk was stupid enough to datr more 2 girls while he was dating her and when she got to know that it left her heartbroken and a huge scar was left at that early age which made her think that she doesn't deserve love and will be cheated at every relation cause she thwn saw many of her then friends go through same and after that shehad decided rather be single then be with someone who is going to break you.

Parth : Damn... but that was years ago so don't you think that she should just let it go and not feel anything for that guy who did that to her??

Vidushi : She doesn't like that guy anymore but she is just saving herself from any kind of hearache you see... that's her way of coping up!

Parth : Understandable! So i guess no crushes then.

Vidushi : I never said that!!

Parth : Wooh!! So who is it!??

Vidushi : There is this guy whom shw had liked from school and don't think it to be some childish crush... okay... maybe at start it could be one but nope later on it was and has always been love and no matter how much she denies it... it will always be that only.

Parth : Please explain!
