"Why do you even want to go to this stupid party?" I asked Ruby as I watched him dress up
"Because it's a Santos party. Hello? Only cool kids go to their parties. And I my friend are one of them" he said
"Well while you fantasize about your little pimp daddy house I'm gonna go get dressed" I snorted and walked in my room and looked at my closet not knowing what to wear.
Why am I even stressing out about what to wear. I'm not trying to impress anyone. Right? Yeah.
I took a quick shower and got ready

*** "Uhm... I need a favor..." Ruby said scratching the back of his neck
"What did you do Ruben?" I asked looking at him
"I kind of told Monse that we're going to pick her up" he said as fast as possible
"Well tell her that she's gonna have to walk there" I said turning on the ignition
"Please Juls. Pretty pleeeease? Just this one time?" He pleaded. I lit a cigarette and glared at him.
"You fucking owe me" I said and pulled out of my driveway.
We picked up Jamal first and he was telling us about the Rollerworld money when we reached Monse's house.
"Tell her to come out now she has 10 seconds" I said as I lit another cigarette. Ruby scoffed and as I was about to leave she came outside.
"Fuck" I mumbled
"Shut up" Ruby hit my arm.
"Hey!" Monse greeted as she got in the car.
"Thanks for the ride Julissa" she said awkwardly and I simply nodded.
I parked outside Spooky's house and turned around to look at Ruby, Jamal and Monse.
"Okay so no smoking, no grinding, no using the toilet without cleaning it first and you only drink one beer" I set down some ground rules before letting them go.
"Okay" they all said in unison
We got out of the car and I lit yet another cigarette before walking closer to the large group of people. I spotted jasmine coming towards me with a huge smile on her face. We all stopped as i was hugging her.
"Oh how I've missed you baby" I said as she pulled away from the hug.
"Girl I know. Those Cali bitches got nothin on me" she said and flipped her hair making me laugh.
