"Camping?" Hoseok asked me, his mouth full of food.

"Some friends of mine are going camping next weekend and they invited us. Do you guys want to go?" I asked, looking at both of them. Hobi's head tilted in thought as Jin's gaze fell to his plate.

"Something wrong Jinnie?" I asked softly.

"No. No. It's just..." he said just as soft, his voice trailing off.

"Just what, sweetie?" I asked reaching over and putting a hand on his.

"The last time I went camping, I was left there by my old owner. She said it would be fun but she lied. She took me deep into the forest and left me there. She didn't think I'd remember the way back but I did. Later, I found my way back to the city and stayed on the streets after that," Jin sighed deeply still looking at his plate. While I listened to him, my heart dropped to my stomach. How could anyone leave such a sweet hybrid in the woods to starve? Jin's so caring and adorable.

"I'm sorry Hyung, but your last owner was a bitch," Hoseok said folding his arms, a small scowl on his adorable face.

"Language, Hoseok. But it's ok, she was mean sometimes. She never wanted to cuddle wouldn't even pet me," Jin said pouting.

"Y/N loves to cuddle! She's so warm and she always smells good," Hoseok screeched with a blissful look on his face, his tail swaying gently behind him.

"She looks like a cuddler. All small and cute," Jin chuckled while looking at me.

"Yah! I'm not that small," I pouted, puffing my cheeks and folded my arms causing both boys to coo at me.

"See what I mean?" Jin smiled and ruffled my hair.

"Do you guys want to go camping or not? I won't leave you in the woods but I will promise that we'll have fun. We can sit by a campfire and eat s' mores, sing, tell stories, and if we're near any mountains we can go hiking," I listed on my fingers before looking back at them.

"I'll go! It sounds like fun," Hobi said smiling his sunshine smile. I smiled back and looked at Jin.

"Jin?"

"I-I'll go. I trust you and I'd like to meet your friends too." Jin said smiling a little.

"Yay!" Hobi said bouncing in his chair.

"Good. I'll let Sona know we're all going," I smiled as I texted Sona back that we're all going. She didn't mind an extra person, she's super sociable.

"So what do humans do while camping?" Hoseok asked finishing his food.

I took the next thirty minutes telling the boys what people do during camping trips. I didn't mention the scary stories part knowing Hoseok was a bit of a scaredy-cat. Both boys were thrilled to go especially after hearing we'd have to share a tent. After breakfast, Hobi offered to clean the dishes while Jin and I got cleaned up. They wanted to get a headstart on getting all the supplies we'd need so after all of us were dressed, we headed out. We all hopped in my car and headed to a supercenter so we could get most supplies in one go because Jin wanted to get back home and cuddle. We walked ended up walking around the whole store because of a curious kitty who wanted to see everything.

When I finally managed to get both boys out of the toy section and away from the plastic swords and lightsabers, we finally made it to the camping aisle. (A/N: I feel like the boys would go nuts in the bike and toy sections XD)

They probably asked me a million questions about some of the simplest things but it was kind of cute how curious they were about the world. Granted, they grew up not knowing much but it just made their child-like wonder more prominent. About an hour later, we made it back home and we all plopped down on the couch after lugging the bags inside. We left the camping stuff in the corner of the room but Jin helped me put all the food away.

"Who wants tea?" I asked filling the kettle with water.

"Me/I do" chorused from them. I smiled and padded my way back to the couch sitting in between them. Hoseok's tail laid limply on my lap as his head laid on my shoulder and Jin held my hand as his head laid on mine. I felt Hoseok purr softly next to me and Jin rubbed his cheek against my head. I found myself smiling at their adorable animal habits. They may be grown but they still have a child-like innocence.

The rest of our day was spent watching movies and take-out. Hoseok crashed early leaving Jin and me on the couch to finish Secret Life of Pets. Jin turned out to be very funny despite his many, many corny dad jokes. I cracked a few myself, reveling in the joy that followed from hearing his cute laugh. The night couldn't have ended better.

The next morning, however, was a bit rowdy. I awoke to the boys arguing in the kitchen, over what I wouldn't know. I was anxious to sleep seeing that it was Sunday but the boys weren't stopping so reluctantly I got up from my bed and threw my robe on before heading out to the kitchen.

"What in the blue blazes are you two arguing about so loudly?" I asked walking into the kitchen, a yawn finding itself out my mouth.

"Y/N! Sorry, we didn't mean to wake you. Hoseok thinks he knows how to pitch a tent better than me and tried to do in the house. I told him he'd ruin your floors if he put a nail in the floor. He got mad for being wrong and tried to explain that he wasn't going to actually hammer the floor. I had a feeling he was serious," Jin explained as he looked over at Hoseok. I raised an eyebrow at the two and looked at Hoseok, his ears down, arms folded and his tail twitching angrily.

"So what I'm hearing is that you two couldn't wait to go camping so badly that you decided to try it inside?" I asked rubbing my eyes.

"Yes," both answered, though one was a bit angrier.

I sighed deeply and headed to the kitchen to make a pot of coffee.

"Are you mad at us?" Jin asked, his ears falling.

"For waking me? Not really. For wanting to learn how to camp? Not at all. If anything it shows how excited and devoted you are. I'm grateful you didn't put holes in the floor but I can't be mad that you wanted to learn. I'll teach you anything you want to know, just promise me you won't practice in the house. Deal?" I said as I poured my coffee. I looked up at them and cooed at how excited they looked. Both of their cute tails were wagging behind them, ears perked and bright smiles adorned their handsome faces.

"Deal!" they cheered before running over to me and embracing me in a tight hug. Luckily I had a moment to set my beloved coffee down.

"Oof. Not so tight boys. Wow, you guys are strong," I chuckled a bit out of breath. Both muttered a quick sorry before releasing me enough to breathe.

"Now that that's settled, who's hungry?" I asked patting their backs as both raised their hands. I chuckled and lightly pinched their cheeks before escaping their grips to get started on breakfast.

If this is how things are going to be from now on, I'm going to be drinking a lot more coffee.
