Steve and I had always been best friends, ever since we were children. We both were born and raised in Austin, Texas. We lived fairly close to each other which led to us going to the same schools.
Steve was one of the few people I got along with, it helped we also shared the same interest. We were both wrestling fans and could talk about it all day! he always talked about how he was going to become a famous wrestler one day.
We would sit at his house and watch wrestling matches for hours, then of course being the kids we were we would wrestle each other right after, sometimes leading to broken lamps, or in my case, a broken arm.
Once he began training I knew he would make it big one day, he began his wwf journey as "Stunning Steve Austin" but then turned to the man all fans adored, "Stone Cold Steve Austin"
We would have phone calls and text about how the wrestling world for him was, I was jealous for quite some time until Steve offered to help me into the company, he wasn't even sure what I would be, but I wanted to be a wrestler of course.
After weeks of him talking to Vince he finally decided to give me a shot, I was supposed to arrive at his office this afternoon to get a final decision on what I would be doing for the company.

I was texting Steve trying to find out where he was, since this whole building was new to me and I had no clue where to go finding Steve was my first priority, but the time to meet Vince kept getting closer and closer.
I walked down a hall and spoke to the first person I saw, it was a very tall man, he had dark brown hair that reached his shoulders, his whole attire was leather which gave me the thought that he was having a match soon. I walked up next to him and looked up smiling trying to act as friendly as I could.
"Hi, my name is Roseanna. I was wondering if you knew the way to Mr. McMahon's office? It's my first day here." I smiled and he smiled back.
"I'm Kevin, Kevin Nash. Vince's office is down that hall, you training to become a new wrestler or something?" He asked with an eyebrow raised, I could understand his curiosity it probably isn't too often he sees brand new people around.
"Well I'm not quite sure yet, that's why I need to see Mr. McMahon, I want to be a wrestler of course but I have a feeling I'll start off with something else." I let out a small laughed and Kevin nodded. I then thought about it and asked.
"By the way, have you seen Steve- or um, Stone Cold around?" He rose his eyebrow once more and gave me a confused look.
"You know Steve?"
"Well yeah, we're best friends but he hasn't responded to any of my texts since I got here, I figure he's busy so I'm just wondering if you've seen him?"
He shook his head and looked down the hall. "No I haven't seen him either, If I see him I'll let him know you're looking for him though."
I smiled and nodded. "Thank you." I then looked at the time and my eyes widened. "I should get going, it was nice meeting you!" I said before sprinting towards the direction where Vince's office apparently was.
Once I finally got to a door there was a plaque on it that read "Mr. McMahon" I nodded and sighed a bit trying to release any nerves I had. I gently knocked on the door and waited for a reply, after a few moments I heard a voice come from the other side.
"Come in." He said plainly in an almost irritated tone, seemed he was annoyed at something so I should probably be careful what I say.
I slowly opened the door and walked inside, my eyes first locked on Mr. McMahon sitting at his desk, he even had a annoyed look on his face even though I didn't have any clue why. I closed the door behind me and stood in front of his desk.
"Mr. McMahon, I'm Roseanna Barnett-" I was then cut off from the rest of my introduction.
"Ah yes, Steve's friend. Well first, let me tell you that from your training videos I can tell you have amazing talent, but i'm going to start you off with a small role and build you up to becoming one of our divas. That way you have even more time to train."
I nodded in understanding, a small role couldn't be that bad, probably just a manager, ring announcer, or interviewer, something along those lines.
"Great, I'm starting you off in a manger position, and since you're more comfortable with Steve you'll be with him unless I find someone I see more fit to head towards the diva we're trying to get you to be."
I nodded once more but with a smile this time, at least I would be with Steve, someone I knew and trusted.
"Today though, you will be introducing yourself to the rest of the locker room, I'm sure you've already met some on your way back here, so. Enjoy tonight's show and try to get along with everyone, last thing I need is another fight in the locker rooms to worry about." That must be why he's so irritated at the moment.
"Yes sir, thank you." I smiled and walked out of his office, while walking down the hall I kept getting distracted and bumped into someone.
I quickly turned around to see Steve, I sighed and smiled. "There you are! you didn't respond to any of my text."
"I know I'm sorry. Had to deal with a bitch thinking he owned the damn place."
I nodded and sighed. "You must have been the fight in the locker room he was talking about, can't leave you alone for five minutes before you're throwing stunners on people." I said with a small smirk as he laughed.
"I can't help it Rose, people keep pissing me off and the stunner hasn't failed yet!"
I laughed and shook my head "Well Vince said to introduce myself to people around here, you know anyone I should start with?"
He thought about it for minute before looking around at all the other wrestlers in the hall. "Well just about anyone would be okay, except one. If you see Shawn Michaels don't speak to him, he's the WWF champion at the moment and he's a total jackass. Avoid him all you can."
I nodded and smiled. "Will do boss." I said earning a chuckle from Steve. "Seriously though, thank you Steve."
"Ah ain't nothing to it, come on I'll walk with you and introduce ya to everyone myself." I laughed and nodded. "Fine." I said as we began walking through the halls, Steve would stop anyone he saw to Introduce me, it was funny really.
Until we walked near a man, he was somewhat tall, brown hair that fell just below his shoulders, he was fairly built but had the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen, he held a championship over his shoulder which I made out to be the WWF Championship. Steve stopped walking once we got near him but both of them just glared at each other, The man looked over to me and smirked as he looked back to Steve. We then continued on walking.
I could only assume that was Shawn.
