note : i'm not a hard-core fan of haikyuu, therefore i can only do one-shots and short stories of main characters and possibly some minor ones too. Thanks >:^)
You had a huge habit of saying your thoughts out loud.
And not realizing it.
You found it rather annoying, but your boyfriend, Kuroo Tetsuro, found it cute.

Your first year anniversary of you two being together was around the corner, and your mind was spinning around many ideas.
You wanted to surprise him but you didnt know what he favoured.
You two were currently walking home from school when you blurted out your thoughts.
"I wonder if he likes cats."
Kuroo had heard it and glanced at you, your face scrunched as you were deep in thought.
"Actually, (f/n)-chan, i prefer dogs.." He answers, his bag slung over his shoulder.
"Did he just say he likes dogs?"
"Yes, i did." He says, snickering as you havent noticed that you were unconsciously speaking.
"Shit, he can read my mind."
"No, i can't."
"He's lying. He totally can."
"(F/N)-chan." He says, more sternly, grabbing your attention.
You turn to look at him, and you realize. You groan in frustration,
"I said that aloud again, didn't I?" You ask, face-palming. He just chuckles at your cute behavior and leans closer to your side, plating a kiss on your temple.
"Say, our first year anniversary is coming up, why don't i take you out?" He offers, making you look away, releasing a pink hue that spreads across your face.
"I would love that very much, Kuroo." You agree softly, leaning into him.
It was silent for a while until...
"But why dogs when he looks like a cat?"
"(F/n)."
"Shit, sorry."

I didnt really put Kuroo in his actual character where he's a sly bitch but thats fine.
