Hyejin's POV

The perfect skin guy was beyond shocked to see me, and I don't know how to react so I just gave him a sheepish smile.

"Uh, hi?"

"Who are you? Am I in the wrong apartment? Isn't this Kim Taehyung's apartment?", he questioned endlessly, as I slowly made my way towards him.

"No! Stay there! Don't get near me!", he said, pointing at me as I stopped at my track.

"You're at the right place. This is Kim Taehyung's apartment—"

"Then why are you at my dongsaeng's apartment?", he cut me off with another question.

"Wait, let me explain. Your friend, Taehyung, he actually helped me to get away from my father who tried to pimp me, and he insisted for me to stay here with him since I don't have anywhere else to go. So please, calm down.", I spoke softly to him, as he stopped panicking, so I took the chance to sit next to him.

"Your father tried to pimp you? Is he even a human?", he nagged to himself, his face scrunched up in disgust.

"Well, life is hard,"

"Life is indeed hard, and useless too. I mean, why live if you will die anyway?", he said, as I turned my head to that guy.

He's pretty savage.

"So, how's life living with that weird kiddo?", he asked.

"Um, it's fine, I guess. He's not that weird though,"

"You've just known him, you'll know what I mean in a few days.", he shrugged, grabbing my popcorns and started eating.

"So...you're his friend?", I asked him, as I mentally face palmed at my awkward ass.

"Yeah, we've been friends for eight years now. I guess I know him better than anyone else—oh wait, there's Jimin. Jimin knows him more than anyone else," he spoke, nodding at the facts he's talking about.

"Who's Jimin?"

"He's one of us too," he spoke with a nod, stuffing his mouth with the popcorns again.

"Just how many of you are in the squad?"

"There's seven of us," he answered. "So, what's your name?", he asked, giving me a really cute gummy smile.

"Yoo Hyejin,"

"Ah, Yoo Hyejin.", he nodded. "Nice to meet you," he smiled brightly, his eyes forming thin lines.

"I'm Min Yoongi," he smiled genuinely. "Anyway, I'm going to sleep. Bye," he said and got up from the couch, walking towards Taehyung's room.

"He's acting like he owns this place,"

I just shrugged it off, and continued watching the movie. As soon as the movie ended, I walked up to the kitchen to grab a drink.

After relieving my thirst, I made my way towards the living room, switching off the TV.

"I'm home~"

I looked up to the voice and saw Taehyung smiling brightly at me. "How's the dinner?", I asked him, sitting back on the couch as he took a seat next to me.

"It's fine and—oh, my mother said she wanted to meet you someday.", he said.

"Um, sure. Anyway, your friend is here. He's sleeping in your room—"

"Yoongi hyung, isn't it?", he cut me off. "Um, yeah, how did you know?", I asked him, wondering how did he managed to guess it correctly on the first attempt.
