How can somebody see the bad in people when they are near?
But only see the good in people once they are gone.
Why does everybody leave?
Once they see their work is done.
How can somebody act like nothing can cause them pain?
When everything other says is like a dagger was pierced to your heart.
How can somebody act like nothing bad happened?
When they know that what they’re doing is tearing you apart.
They ignore your plea of help.
They turn their backs to you and try their best to pretend not to hear you.
They don’t want to know what they’re doing to a precious angel like you.
So graceful, so beautiful
But they chose to corrupt you, to dirty your soul.
They chose to hurt you and left you to lose control.
Why do you still act like everything that happened was meant to be?
Why do you act like it was your fault when you have done nothing wrong?
Is this your secret to why you became so strong?
You smile, so pure.
You laugh, music, a melody.
A tear-stained face, it definitely is not a sight to see.
They made you like this,
They made you cry.
They made you like this,
They made you trust their lies.
But it’s all okay now, it’s not like before.
I’m here; I’m here to break your fall.
