"Where are you going?"
"Where do you think I'm going dumbass?" I ask, looking him up and down.
"God, you're so mean to me. Why do I hang out with you again?" He asks giving me the same look I'm giving him.
"Fine. I'm going into my kitchen to get something for my dying stomach." I say looking down at my stomach and rubbing it.
"You're so weird." He says fixing his beanie, putting his hands in his pockets, and walking ahead of me.
"Why does it take so long to walk from my room to the kitchen?" I ask ignoring him and talking about food instead. Because that's what people do when they're in doubt, you talk about food. Right?
"Because you don't want it to." Luke says, slowing his pace so I can catch up with him. When he walks that fast I can never catch up with him and his long-ass legs.
"Please elaborate." I say looking up at him after I catch him. He looks down at me, yeah down. I'm not even that short, it's just that his legs are like two freaking Empire State buildings walking around. No joke, he's that tall.
"Well, usually when you want something, like really want, it takes longer to get to it or to reach it. Sometimes it's even impossible." He says as we walk into the kitchen.
As we walk through the door I see that his hair skims the frame of the door and stifle a laugh. He's like 6'4" without his hair up so with it he's at least 6'6".
"Deep conversations with Lucas Hemmings." I say in an announcer voice, which is very good, if I do say so myself.
He looks over at me and rolls his eyes before going back to raiding my cabinets. I shrug and go to my fridge to grab a drink.
"You're really something rose." He says in a sarcastic voice throwing me one of the snacks he found in the cabinets.
"As to you." I say mimicking his Australian accent.
