There a quiet a few things that freek paranoid people out. It differs from person to person. But here's a list of a few of the things that turn my paranoia on.

-That little gap between the curtains when it's closed. It always feels like someone's watching.
-Cameras on the front side of phones and laptops. You know that camera that's on the front of your phone and laptop, for when you're taking selfies or video chating? Mine are covered with stickers. Someone could be watching you right now as you are reading this.
-Elevators. This might just be a fear. But it always feels like it's going to drop at any moment.
-Under my bed. Don't ask, it's just creepy.
-Cars that drive by. We live in relatively quiet town and neighbourhood. So when ever a car drives by, it always feels like they're going to pull out a gun and have a drive by. That's why I never sit at windows anywhere, ever.
-When there are other cars at my neighbour's house. I keep stalking them until I know who they are.
