Chapter 1: A New Beginning

Preface

Why?

A gerneral question that everyone ask when something happens that flips their world completely upside down. Altough you ask the questions countless times it you never see to get a answer, no matter how many times you ask. 

That is life though. Just as you get the overwhelming feeling of happiness and love, it drowns you in pain, loss and grief. And well it does so it laughs maniacally as you seem to slow loss your mind. It doesnt end there though does it? Because every time that you seem to finally to get you head about water and inhale oxygen, it sends another wave to sweep away. Loss forever into utter hopelessness. 

nChapter 1

Rain falls from the skies and lighting strikes down hards as if Zeus the Sky God myself is feeling my unbearable pain. Can he? Can he feel my heart as it slow starts to break in two. Can he feel my legs as they struggle to keep my body up. Can he feel the ache in my eyes because of the amount of tears i have shed. 

I bet he can. I bet he is having a huge celebrate with the rest of those so called gods and goddess. Celebrating the absolute destruction of my life. 

i snap out of my thoughts as i feel someone put there hands on my shoulder. I look up to see yet another unfamilar face with the same look of pity as all the rest. They same generic things as everyone else does when they are at a funeral. 

"I am Sorry for your Loss" or  "My condolences" sometimes  " I will pray for you".

Now tell me what are your God can do for me. I mean hasn't he done enough. He everything from me, my life was prefect and he ruined everything, I keep my mouth and just say thank you for the 100th since it happened.

As everyone starts to finally leave I see three caskets lowering into the dirt and i feel one more lone tear roll down my cheek.

That is the last tear i will ever shed. Now it is down to business, so with one last glance at my family I make a promise. I promise to that I will find who did this to you guys. I will never stop looking until i find them and when i do 

I WILL KILL THEM.

5 Years later

 "I would like every ones attention. This here is Detective Dina Ramirez and she just transfered here from California. I want everyone to welcome her with open arms." The white burly captain.

Everyone looked at like I had two heads. I felt like the first day of school only i could care less about what anyone thinks of me.

"Now Ramirez you will be partnered with Detective Carter Jones. He usually run as alittle late so you wait for him here. This will the office that you both will share and that you desk. Feel free to decorate it any way you want." with that he walk, no more like wobbled out of sight.

Great I problely go stuck with a partner with absoulate no brains.
