It's been so long 😅.

Oi, me garsh — I miss everyone here! My kids have been doing online school this year, and it's kept me super busy overseeing their workload. They're doing music and outdoorsmen activities, so lots of running around and some long road trips thrown in. My writing and reading has been pushed aside.

However, when they art, I get to art alongside them, so I do have some pieces to share!

A few months ago I began researching to work on a sequel to Lord Vane, digging into the medieval era facts more intensively. I've decided to not publish anything though until I have a book done in the future. I found I choke on finishing when my works are in the public eye as I'm going along. 😬

Here are Sir Giles, Lord Vane's 'man of business' and Ruby—her current name, though it's not set in stone. Eh...was that a pun?? I think that was a pun. Ha. 😂 🥰.

He's changed a bit from the art in Lord Vane (improved, I hope!)

Please say hello if you can, let me know how things are going! I'll do my best to get back to reading soon!

❤️,
Jennifer

Edit:

So Lord Vane passed the first round of Wattpad's Historical Fiction awards, and to celebrate I thought I'd update art. I did some of Sir Giles' images in that story and there has been an improvement.

After (2019).
About a half-hour of color changes and altering some line-work on the same art-piece above.
I can still see other areas I'd alter, if I get more time.
