So this piece was done to test this particular canvas size in my art program. Line Webtoons, a site I've uploaded some of my comics to before, requires a certain size for images that can be uploaded.Honestly, the size is low quality (800-ish pixels by 1200-ish pixels). In times past, I'd draw on a high quality canvas and paste the completed art in the smaller canvas before uploading.
There were multiple problems that arose from that, the largest being that a high quality canvas is EXTREMELY time consuming to draw on (for me). Each detail is practically microscopic, and the linework shows the slightest shake/tremor of the hand.
So I tweaked with their canvas size limit, adjusting the dpi, and was able to draw a slightly cleaner image on the low quality canvas. For future comics I may do this, and save time not to transfer images.
^^Thanks if you read that boring rabble lol.
So, I just started drawing and he came to be...
I imagine him to be a mountain shepherd a hundred-fifty plus years ago, somewhere near Romania....
Thanks for checking it out :)-Jennifer ( @luckyplum & UnluckyPlum )
