Its okay... [Chapter 14] HAPPY ENDING

Garroth's P.O.V

I felt someone lightly shake me, making me let out a tiny grunt. "Noo...~" I whined shuffling under the bed sheets. I cracked one eye open, and saw Laurance standing over me, shirtless, just with his boxers on. "Garroth, wake up! We need to get ready and...go to work..." Laurance said, slowing his words down near the end, making me wince. I sat up and reached for my underwear, but Laurance picked them up for me and handed me them.

I silently thanked him, and slid my underwear on for, under the sheets. I saw Laurance rush over to his wardrobe and pull out some clothes, attempting to pull them on as fast as he could.

I held on to the wall near Laurance's bed and used it to pull myself up, and keep myself steady. I looked back at Laurance and saw him pull out another pair of clothes and throw them back at me.

I nodded and caught the pair of clothes with one hand, I sat back down on the bed and put the clothes on, ruining my hair even more.

Laurance looked back at me while he was putting on his shoes, once he was done he let out a chuckle and walked up to me, fixing my hair.

"Thanks Laur."

"No problem babe."

I tried to get up, but immediately regretting it, once I fell on my face.

"Agh!"

"Pfft....Hahahaha!" Laurance bursted out laughing.

"It's not funny!" I said, my voice muffled due to my face still being against the ground.

Without a word, Laurance grabbed my hand and lifted me up on my feet, using his other hand to keep me steady.

"Do you think you can walk?"

"Uhm...probablyyyy..."

"Okay." Laurance let go of me once I had said that, I tried to walk, but all that did was send me face first into the ground again.

Before I could hit the ground, I felt Laurance catch me, and lift me off the ground. "You obviously can't. Here let me carry you,"

Laurance adjusted his grip on me and brung me up onto his shoulders. "Thanks Laur, now we should probably go before we're late for....work." I said the last part of my sentence bitterly.

Laurance froze. "About that..."

"Hm...?"

"I...wanted to ask you something...but you can't get mad."

"I won't be mad at you Laurance. How can I be mad at you when...this'll be the last time we see each-other."

"....never mind. It's stupid, never mind." Laurance repeated, shaking his head.

"Okay...?" I said, a bit of worry lingering in my voice. Laurance made his way out of the room and walked over to the front door.

*to lazy to do a elevator scene, so Time skip to when their walking to Garroth's job thingy*

"Laurance, are you sure you wanna bring me? My boss and team members might see us-"

"I'll make sure they won't see us like this, don't sweat it." Laurance said, tightening his grip on my legs slightly as we saw my teams base in the distance.

I let out a tiny whimper and looked down at Laurance's hair, starting to fidget and play with it.

After a few minutes, I looked up and saw Laurance standing in front of my teams base, but hiding behind a wall so no one would see him.

"I guess this is your cue to put me down..."

"...about that...we're you ever wondering what I was gonna say back at my apartment..?" Laurance said, nervousness dripping in his voice.

"Yes, actually. Why do you bring it up?"

"Well...I was gonna ask...if you wanted to start new. We wouldn't have to do any of this."

"Of course I do! I would give anything to avoid fighting you Laur!"

"Well...would you be interested on taking a plane ride to a whole different country, like O'khasis. Your home town!"

"...Laurance, are you serious...? We won't have to do any of this..?" I said in disbelief.

"Of course...why do you think I was up so early? I was booking plane tickets for the both of us..! I even checked with your mom, and she said that it would be ok if we stood with her a while until we got back on our feet." Laurance said, his tone changing completely.

I tapped Laurance's shoulder, signaling for him to put me down, I was surprising able to stand on my own without falling.

"Did you really do all this...just for us?" I muttered, walking closer to Laurance.

A smirk appeared on Laurance's face. "Why would I lie?"

"If your really telling the truth...then of course!" I said, smiling brightly as Laurance grabbed my hand.

"Well...what are we waiting for? Let's go straight to the airport, I have the ticket codes on my phone."

"But what about our clothes?!"

"We'll buy some new ones once we get there." Laurance responded, as we started to walk away from the base, our hands with each other.

*inside the plane, because I'm lazy af*

Laurance and I walked into the plane, strolling over to our seats, a few seconds after we got in our seats, the plane took leaving all of our past problems behind.

"Thank you Laurance...for...all of this." I looked over to Laurance, a smile appearing on both of our faces.

"Anything for you love..~" Laurance said, before pulling me into a loving kiss. Once I realized what was going on, I happily kissed back, until I heard someone say,

"Ew, get a room you too."

We both pulled away from each other quickly.

"S-Sorry sir!" We both said in sync, a dark pink hue scattering across both of our cheeks in embarrassment.
