I'm going to do builds you guys suggest or random builds I feel like doing(Only building 3d). I will also to redstone stuff and command block stuff if you guys suggest them.

A hot dog stand :D This took my like 30 minutes cause I used /fill command to do the quartz bits (apart from handle) and 7 minutes of that was my trying to figure out how big I wanted to make it and built a hot dog on the grass to get a estimated size for it. As you can see the hot dog just fit in that spot XD.
