**Niall's POV**
I decided to head out to the coffee shop where Zayn works so we could have a quick chat. I walked in but Zayn wasn't behind the counter. He was with an older woman who looked quite angry. I decided to just walk back out of that shop and leave them to it. It's not my business to get involved with.
I rang Harry as it was about dinner time and he should be on his dinner break. We arranged to go out for some dinner together like a proper couple does.
My head was everywhere. I knew that I must of had very strong feelings for Harry and I am a very independent person, so to move in with someone else is a big deal for me. But then there was Zayn. Lovely, beautiful Zayn. The man who made me question my love for Harry. I've never once thought any less of Harry, but my heart just doesn't race every time I'm in the same room as him. The butterflies in my stomach never appear whenever I hear his name. Not like they do with Zayn.
Maybe if I just explain the situation to Harry. How Zayn and I are just friends and nothing more, maybe he'll listen. I can't be sure he'll agree with it but what's the worst thing be could possibly do?
Harry text me and told me to meet him outside the shop he works in. I made my way to WHSmiths and waited for him to come out. I messed around my phone for a few minutes until I felt two big hands cover my eyes. I gasped as a deep voice spoke.
"Guess who."
"Harry?" Let it be Harry.
"Nope." he replied.
By this moment my heart was pounding and I was shaking. There was silence until he spoke again.
"Just kidding, it's me." he laughed as he removed his hands. I turned to see Harry with a huge smile on his face. I wrapped my arms around his waist and took a deep breath as my head rested on his chest. "What's wrong Niall?" he asked.
"You scared me." I replied quietly.
"Oh sorry. I didn't realise." he said as he ran fingers through my hair.
I have him a quick kiss before grabbing his hand and beginning to walk.
"So, where do you wanna go for lunch?" I asked.
"Actually, I've got the rest of the afternoon off, so I thought we could pick up some coffee and maybe go home?"
"I'll put the kettle on while you put your feet up." I replied with a smile.
"Why don't we just go to the coffee house?" he laughed.
"Well, what's the point in spending money when we can get it for free?" I asked, remembering that Zayn was at the coffee house and Harry still hates him.
"What's wrong with you? You love getting your coffee from there. You always I make it too strong." he replied.
"Yeah but, I just fancied a change." I lied.
A few seconds of silence and Harry was ready to speak again. "Wait a sec, Zayn works at the coffee shop right?" he asked.
"Uh yeah. Why?" Oh no.
"You know what. We can just go to another shop." he said smiling.
Phew! "Sounds good to me." Scratch that. I do know what Harry will do if he finds out and I'll be damned if I'm telling him the truth.
