Trigger warning: chapter contains language offensive to "special needs"

Yoongi's POV

"I'm not your mother, child. You lost her when you tried to kill her."

Junki quickly recovered from his initial shock, as many professional businessmen do.
"Yes, I'm surprised to see you. You should be dead." He looked over at his uncle, "But it appears I succeeded in killing at least one person," he smirks.

Jimin's grip on my hand tightened, whether it was because he himself was feeling mad or to console me, I don't care.

"So you admit you tried to kill her?" Jimin cut in, earning a confused look from Junki. He may be suspicious, but the more straightforward the evidence is, the less the defendant will have to work with.

"Um, yeah, I just said that? I didn't think you'd date a retard, Yoongs." This time I was the one to tighten my grip on Jimin's hand. It was the only thing preventing me from cutting this man's head clean off.

"Don't call me that," I growled out through gritted teeth.

"Or what? You'll bite me?" He laughed, rolling his eyes.

Calm down, please. You're radiating 'alpha' and it's scaring me. I heard Jimin's voice in my head and I took a few deep breaths, maintaining my cool.

"Sorry," I muttered, getting a confused look from my mom, but she shakes it off.

"Well, Min Junki," she spat the name out with pure hatred. "Have fun in prison."

Just as she finished her sentence, someone knocked on the door. I got up, Jimin following me close behind as we opened the door.

"Hello, I'm Agent Cho, we were called about a break-in?" I chuckled, shaking my head.

"Yeah, a break-in, and a lot more. They're in here." I stepped aside and Jimin did, too, bowing at the 4 officers that walked in.

"Well, I'll be, This is Min Junki, is he not?" Agent Cho asked, looking back at me, and I simply nodded. "And who's the other one?"

"Kim Seokjin," Jimin cut in. "He isn't responsible for majority of this crime. He was being manipulated by Min with threats to himself and his friends." I gave him a smile, glad he didn't slip up anything about the Magics experiment. We would have to wait until we got a werewolf, or very rare, Magic lawyer?

"Interesting. Well, officers, you know the drill."
-------
It was a long process to get everyone out of the house. Junki and Jin would be locked in a cell for a while, and my mom and my uncle went back home as soon as the officers left.

Once everyone was gone, Jimin practically collapsed into my arms, burying himself into me when we fell on the bed.

"Sh, it's okay, pup, they're gone now." I pet his head, hugging him close to me with the other arm.

"Was scary," he said, words muffled by my chest. "Thought Yoonie'd get hurt."

3rd person POV

His heart absolutely melted knowing Jimin was still more worried about him, even when they were both under so much pressure.

"I love you." The words had poured out before he knew it, escaping him without his consent. He felt Jimin stiffen in his arms before pulling away to look him in the eye.

"You...you what?" Jimin was flustered, no doubt, he hasn't expected his alpha to be saying that just yet.

"I said I love you." Yoongi managed to say it with confidence, though he didn't feel much of it.

"I love you, too." Jimin whispered, cheeks reddening as he pressed their lips together.

Oof this is so short and it took so long to get out. I may discontinue this book
