Katarina walked down the stone pavement in the royal gardens, the fresh air doing her some good. Unfortunately smells keep making Katarina feel sick, although she has yet to throw up. Which she is glad for, she still has not told Henry of the growing babe in her womb. She knew she had to begun to show, the small swell of her stomach had become difficult to hide as she did not want Henry to notice.

She walked into the Dowager Princess' quarters, who was staying in the palace to mend relations between Spain and England (and in hopes to allowed to see her precious Mary). "Your Highness." Catherine said, as the two had agreed to always be formal in front of anyone else. They were both still weary of the other ladies in case they were spies for the Boyelns or maybe even the king himself. "Leave us." Katarina said to the ladies that all sat around Catherine, listening intently to her every word in case they may catch something of use to them. The ladies gathered their things and silently left.

"What is it Child?" Catherine said in a motherly tone, the woman had become a confidant to the young Queen helping her adjust to not only married life, but to royal life too.

Katarina laid her head on Catherine's knee, the older woman stroking her hair. "I am with Child, 3 months gone though the bump seems to be bigger than that of a normal pregnancy." She revealed to the ex-Queen. Catherine made sure not to react, as she remembers her fears everytime she got pregnant. "Twins run in my family, so there is a possibility of that. which means i will most likely die in child birth, or i will die when there is no boy and Henry relieves me of my head. My mum always said that being pregnant with me was the best time, but also scariest time, of her life. " She rambled out. "I mean Henry often referred to Jane Seymour as his one true love because she gave him the son he always wanted. And there are women in this court who are being thrown at him as it has been 4 months since the wedding and there has not been an announcement of a baby yet. I've heard my ladies say that the men of court are questioning whether i am fit to bare a child." By this time there were tears flowing down her face. "Henry will not lie with me once he finds out, which by the way does not hurt the babe what so ever, and he will take a mistress."

Catherine sighed,  knowing that all her worries were justified. "Kat, as much as i know you wont believe me Henry loves you. And bringing a child into that would only hold such great promise. Whether boy or girl, Yes Henry desires an hire but he still loves Mary as i do too."

Kat lifted her head, her watery eyes gazing into Catherines wise ones and smiled. "I guess i have to tell him huh?" To which Catherine just smiled, allowing the girl to rerest her head on her shoulder. Stroking her hair once more.
