Part 13: Ive Felt Worse

*That Night*

I started to wake with pain in the side of my head.

I opened my eyes and discovered that we were in a basement.

The room was small and had one armoured door that was open.

Red Prophet and three gaurds stood infront of us.

Me and Adrian were tied to metal chairs.

Red Prophet: Finally... Your awake...

Adrian: Red... Why are we in this basement?

Red Prophet: Ransom.

Adrian: Hah! You know that Rainbow will never pay for us. They will outright attack you!

Red Prophet: Were not ransoming you to Rainbow.

We went silent.

Red Prophet: Russia has no tolerance for war criminals. My orders have instructed me to try to get information about Rainbow from you. If you tell us what we want, we will let you go. If not, we will sell you to a russian gulag as a war criminal. You won't die, but you will suffer. If it was up to me, Id ransom you to Rainbow. But my instructions were clear.

Me: What are you gonna do to us?

Red Prophet: I refuse to torture you. Its against my will. Im not a monster.

Adrian: You mean your to scared to do it yourself?

Red Prophet: When you have a child, youll understand.

Me: I dont think me or Adrian will be giving you anything...

Red Prophet: I dont want to do this...

*Damons POV, R6 HQ*

Me: What the hell!? The should've been back by now!

The officer looked at me in shock and fear.

Officer: W-were trying to locate theyre beacons but nothing is showing!

I looked around the command center.

Me: Is everyone here fucking retarded!?

I stomped out of the building in anger.

My brother has been missing for twelve hours.

No call, no beacon, no nothing.

The pilots had said that it had been a successful drop, but never called for evac.

They apparently went back to try to find out what happened to them, but got shot at again and had to pull out.

Adrians also gone dark.

I walked through the base with an angry stride.

I went to my teams quarters.

Alina, Barker, Alek, Zyair, and Rayven were all there.

Rayven was furiously pacing.

She seemed shook.

When I entered, Rayven stopped and looked at me.

Her voice was shaking

Rayven: Dont act like your concerned for him.

Me: Quiet Rayven. Im concerned to.

Rayven: Your concerned!? Dont act like you care! Youve completely ruined his faith in you! He hates you!

She got in my face

Rayven: Its not my fault that I care for him more then you do! You acted a fool and now he no longer cares for you! So stop acting like you care all of a sudden.
