CHAPTER 13

"What's this news swiveling around about your fucking boy toy Omega?" Jeongguk went pale, seeing his Father with his clad suit, stepping inside his office. "How come you let an Omega who has a pup live with you?! Are you nuts!? What would the investors say! The media!"

"I'm a grown old man, I can handle myself-" Jeongguk bit his lips as soon as the palm of his Father touched his face.

"You cannot talk back, you dirty dog. Remember who teaches you to be a fucking what you are right now!"

"You didn't even raise me, Mother did-"

"Say that again, I dare you Jeon Jeongguk." The Alpha seems to lose his words, seeing his Father with glaring burning eyes. "Remember Jeongguk, I am the reason who you are right now. You are just nothing but a piece of trash."

"..."

"I can't hear you, Pup."

"Yes, Father."

Jeongguk didn't know what to do, all of the pressured coming from his father made him really tired and depressed. He nearly shirked about Taehyung. The Omega, if he's still going to kill him or not. But he knows he can't do that. The two both have space on his heart, he's not going to refute that.

He knows that he's not really eligible of that so-called love. But, living with the two bunch of sweethearts? He doesn't know anymore.

His father takes his departure, it's been three days. The two under his house, still dismissing him. But, he still caught Yeonie peeking outside his room to check on him. He feels so useless. Being the alpha, he hates it now. The people expect from him a lot.

He just wants to be free.

He just wants to be happy.

Rosie is acting weird too. Coming in and out to his mansion, so that she can convince Taehyung to that exhibit.

Eventually, Taehyung gave him permission to bring some of his art, so that he can help Rosie and Jeongguk too.

He doesn't like the alpha spending time with Taehyung. Especially making him smile. Showing that beautiful boxy shape smiles.

Yeonie didn't acknowledge the latter so Jeongguk is content. The small pup keeps on growling to the female alpha makes him laugh.

He knows. He's a coward.

A coward who wanted to be happy without being pressured left and right. "M-mama?"

Jeongguk is currently in his office room, he saw the pup outside with his cactus plushie against his chest. The alpha wanted to hug him, but he has a reputation. "I'm- I'm not mad anymore. Even if you have a girlfriend. I promise to be.."

"To be a good boy, so that Mama wouldn't want to have a girlfriend. And just be happy with Yeonie and Papa." The pup hiding outside the door cheeks plush with tears as he sobs quietly. "Mama." The pup added silently.

"I love you. Even if you don't love us. Please, notice me again. I don't want to leave this house." Jeongguk straight walk up to the little pup position. Seeing the small child holding his toys, with his hiccups. Makes his heart clench. "Papa said we should leave now. Cos, you are mad. I don't want to be sad. Please, hug Papa cos he's sad too."

They're leaving? The alpha takes the small pup on his arms, walking quickly until he confronted the room, which the two both borrowing. He saw Taehyung getting his kinds of stuff. "W-what are you doing?"

Taehyung looks at him shocked. They never talked at all. It's been so long. He thought. "We're leaving Jeongguk. I don't want to trouble you anymore. You help us a lot with everything we need but I think it's the right decision to make."

"Mama," Yeonie mumbles, touching Jeongguk's face. "Don't cry." He added. Taehyung stops himself from what he is doing. Seeing the alpha quietly crying blankly.

"Jeongguk." Taehyung stands, enveloping the alpha in his arms. "Why are you-"

"Are you. Are you going to leave me too? Like my mom." The two were shocked. This is the first the latter shared a story about himself. "You are the only two left. You are the only two I have right now."

"Ssshh." Taehyung shushed him, hugging him tightly.

"Don't leave me. I- can't breathe." The alpha said before he burst into tears.

Jeongguk feels so overwrought, like all the pain inside him, all the anger coming one by one. His mother leaves him because of how his father hurt her. How he didn't experience playing, to have a crush, to have a friend. How his father used to punch him, how his father stops caring about him. How everyone bullies him to his school, how he received a death threat, how everyone leaves him one by one. How his father makes him stone cold. "I don't want to be alone Taehyung."

"Mama please-  please don't cry." Yeonie cry, engulfing the room. He hides his face to his so-called mother and pats his head. "We love you, we love you."
