Baron grabs a seat next to a small black vintage table. The show hasn’t started yet so he finds time to order a glass of whiskey. His favorite drink. He thinks all he has done to accomplish to come here. He left his girlfriend, he fought with his family and made a really exhausting journey from France only to visit this place. This dance club called “Monty’s Girls”. Once he heard about that place when he was 16, from his uncle who travels a lot, he dedicated his life getting information about this place. Now, three years later, he finally gets the chance to be here. To have his personal experience of this human paradise.

Knowing that he may not have a chance again to come and wanting this experience to be as unique as possible, he chose a scene very carefully. It wasn’t really different from the others, dark curtains and dark lights. But he was attracted by the fact that the name on the sign was not one but two. “Madison & Meredith” with a dark purple color.

After he drinks his whiskey he orders one more and then another. He gets dizzy and his hands are really sweaty but he is not sure if it is because of the whiskey or his excitement. Suddenly the curtains open revealing a strange scene with of vintage furniture. At the back there is a mirror painted black, there is also a dark purple carpet and some other things all around. The most extraordinary thing is a huge dark couch with gold details being just in the middle of the scene. On it he can see a lot of creepy but strangely beautiful porcelain dolls. He wonders where the dancers are…

The music starts and it is pretty seductive. He is still trying to find the dancers when suddenly he gets a movement among the dolls on the couch. Two of them, in human size stand up. Apparently, they are the dancers. They are completely identical to each other. Dark curly hair. Porcelain faces. Wide open eyes. There dresses are even identical. Black like short wedding dresses from Victorian era. The dance something like ballet but it is way more seductive. Baron feels fascinated with their fragility and their dance. They seem like one person dancing in front of a mirror.

The show ends but he doesn’t leave. He wants to congratulate them. But it’s time for him to go. A huge man who was standing at the entrance all the time approaches him and asks him to leave. But Madison and Meredith have a different opinion.

“Let him. We want him for tonight.”

They even talk at the same time. The huge man leaves leaving them with Baron. They guide them to a room that looks like their scene without talking on their way. Once they get in the dark room the ask him talking at the same time again.

“Who is who, Byron?”

The man even if he was a bit drank and doesn’t understand the fact the girls using his name without him telling them it, he does understand they want him to answer them who Madison and who Meredith is.

He guesses pointing each at a time and calling them Madison and Meredith. The two identical girls look each other without talking. Then they turn to Byron. They blink at the same time and finally they answer him at the same time.

“WRONG!”

And that’s the last word Baron heard. The Madison & Meredith’s victim.
