| Chapter 15 |

Changbin P.O.V

"Changbin I don't know what to do. I have nowhere to go." Felix said crying lightly.

"Don't worry about that. You can stay over my house for now. Come with me." I said as I grabbed his hand and led him back to my house.

We walked back to my house, my arms over Felix's shoulder and his head rested in my neck. Once we got inside I opened the door and my mom greeted me from upstairs.

"Changbin did you get the butter? What took you so long?" She said as she came down the stairs.

"Sorry mom I ran into something."

"Oh my gosh! Felix are you okay?" My mom said running to him.

"Something happened at his home and he's really upset. Can he stay here for now?" I asked my mom, knowing she would agree.

"Of course honey! Stay for as long as you'd like." My mom said smiling and rubbing his hair softly. Felix just nodded and whispered "thank you" softly.

I took Felix upstairs with me to my room. Then I closed my door and sat on the bed with him.

"Felix can you tell me everything that happened? What's going on?" I said looking him in the eyes.

"O-okay." He said, tears still falling from his eyes.

"Well today my dad was drunk and he called me worthless and stupid and kicked me out of the house."

"Does he get drunk a lot?" I asked confused.

"He's drunk most of the time." Felix said looking down.

"And he kicked you out? Why?" I asked concerned and confused.

"Yesterday he saw me texting you and he thinks we are dating. I told him we are just friends but he thinks you're my boyfriend. My parents are homophobic so he took it really seriously."

"Really?" I asked him, inside my heart dropped. "Has this happened before?"

"Yes it happened yesterday. And it has happened before that as well but for different reasons."

"And he just gets drunk and yells at you nothing else?" Then I remembered the bruises I saw on his arms earlier. I grabbed his arms and slowly pulled back his sleeves.

"Felix.."

"He hits me too." Felix said while letting tears out. "Today h-he slapped me twice and then pushed me to the ground and I hurt my arms and my legs." Felix said looking away and wincing in pain.

Oh my gosh. I can't believe this. This is horrible.

"Oh Felix. Oh my gosh." I said while rubbing his arms softly, my fingers tracing his bruises.

"You don't deserve this at all." I said while looking in his eyes, my own eyes starting to form tears.

I can't believe this is what Felix has been suffering through. How can he be so happy and positive on the outside, but be going through horrible stuff like this on the inside?

"I'm here for you Felix." I said while hugging him, softly wrapping my arms around his body and letting him rest his head in my neck to comfort him.

"Please don't tell your parents yet."

"But I can't let you go back home. I can't let you live like this."

Felix looked at me with pleading eyes.
"Please don't. Not yet."

"Okay."

"Can I take a shower Changbin? Is your shower working?" Felix asked softly.

"Of course you can! My shower is working now."

"Thanks." He said as he slowly got up and went to the shower.

2 minutes later I heard the water turn on. I thought about what Felix told me earlier.

I feel so bad for him. He is such a happy and good kid, he does not deserve this.

After Felix's shower he came out dressed in his old clothes and carrying a towel in his hand rubbing his wet hair.

"U-uh Changbin do you have another shirt I can wear? This is the only shirt I have right now but it is dirty and slightly ripped."

"Sure! Of course. Let me get you one." I said as I went into my drawer pulling out a clean plain black shirt.

"Here." I said handing it to him. I went back to sit on my bed as he removed his old shirt and out on the new one. While he was changing I couldn't help but steal a quick peek at his body. However when I looked I noticed he had brusies and red spots on his back. After he put on his shirt I went over to him.

"Felix.." I said slowly lifting up his shirt revealing his stomach.

He had more bruises and marks all over his stomach as well. It looked really bad.

I gently placed my hand on his stomach, softly going over his bruises. "Felix you have bruises on your stomach and back too? This is really bad, worse than I thought." He touched my hand while lowering it so that his stomach wasn't exposed anymore before nodding.

"I'll help you bandage that and get some ice." I said as I went downstairs to grab ice from the freezer and bandages from the first aid kid in the closet.

I returned to my room with both items in my hand. I handed Felix the ice pack and he placed it on one side of his stomach while I bandaged the other. He sat on the edge of the bed while I sat on the floor in front of him on my knees, helping him bandage his bruises. After I put the bandage on I looked at him. He looked back at me and said, "Thank you." I smiled back at him while continuing looking at him in the eyes. I sat there without getting up for a moment. Suddenly it got quiet and I lifted my head upwards leaning foward towards his face. I softly placed my lips on his. Slowly he kissed back, moving his lips with mine.

My heart raced and my stomach filled with butterflies.

When we pulled apart we looked into each other's eyes for a second before I became flustered and I looked away quickly. I felt blush form on my face as I avoided contact with Felix's eyes. I was still sitting on the floor on my knees so I got up quickly, heading towards the door.

Before I could leave Felix grabbed my wrist, pulling me back to the bed. I sat down and he hugged me, wrapping his arms around my neck. Then we sat up on the bed next to each other, as I turned on the tv. We started watching tv without saying a thing to each other.

~I'm so sorry guys I lied in the last chapter! I promised to post more but I was busy the whole entire week with school. I just started college and it is hella stressful. Anyways.. I promise to post more starting from today. And I will do double updates to make up for this week. :))
