About 45 minutes later, Jessica looked like she couldn't believe what she was hearing. Her emotions ranged from happy to mad then back to happy. She already knew how August and I met, so no need to tell her that. I told her things from why our relationship was private and why it became public. Of course she asked if we had sex, but I kept the details simple. She couldn't believe I lost my virginity, but I mean it just happened. I will say that it was very special, he was special. I told her about him cheating on me, abusing me, and how we always argued too. She had mixed feelings for him right now, and she was mad at me for not telling her, especially since he had hit me. I told her that things are different now between him and I, that he's making me happy as ever, even though the happiness just recently started, but I didn't say that to her. "Bria don't be stupid for him, if he fucks up again promise me you won't deal with that bullshit.", she said so concerned putting her hands on my shoulders. "Yes I know I promise. He's changing I swear, I got shit to work on too, but we'll be fine...I'm very happy Jessica.", I said wiping the fallen tear from my face. "Aw babe I'm so happy for you though! Who knew you'd get a boyfriend and it'd be August Alsina! I thought you'd be lonely forever.", she said hugging me laughing. I squeezed her tightly, laughing with her. August definitely has a bad temper that needs working on. She would probably have someone murder him, knowing her, but he got goons too. "Does your mom know about August?" Trying to hide my grin I nodded my head yes. "What! You told your mom and not me! I really feel some type of way.", she said raising one of her eyebrows. "Well you know my mom already knew about us before I even told her. A mother knows, she just doesn't like the fact that he's 21, but my dad was 20 when she was 16 sooooo.", I said back. "I haven't told her he's hit me though, I don't think I ever could.", I said re-living those horrible moments.

"August why does that bitch keep calling you!" "I don't fuckin' know shit!" I swear all we argue about is bitches."Yes you do you're probably fucking her you piece of shit!", I yelled back slapping his chest repeatedly. I then felt one side of my face go numb as I hit the floor. August just hit me. A big lump in my throat came as tears overflowed. "W-what the fuck! You just hit me!", I yelled trying to get up but was pushed back down. August hovered over me, clenching his jaw. He then wrapped his hands around my neck, choking me causing me to look up at him. His eye color was no longer that beautiful brown, they were very dark, devil like. "I'll fuckin' do it again, don't piss me off Bria." He then let go of my neck and I gasped for air. I cried even harder as I went into fetal position. My vision getting blurry, I saw Augusts figure walk over me and then out of my sight. I heard the door slam shut over my loud cries. I can't believe this just happened.

"Bria!" "Huh." "Snap out of it girl, it's okay now. No need to re-live those moments.", Jessica said going for a hug. Hugging her I let out a huge sigh. "Bria I'm hungry, will you whip me up something?" Rolling my eyes I let out a laugh and hopped off the bed. "Come on hungry hoe." I said before leaving my room. I love my best friend so much, she was always there for me. I should've told her about August and I earlier, she really could of helped me.
