Chapter 7: Elevator

"I thought I am not allowed to be beside you?" I asked

I literally felt her eyes widen

*thud*

She immediately pushed me hard making my face fall on the floor. It actually hurts

"Ouch! What's that for?!" I sat up and rubbed my left cheek
"I told you not to be beside me! Yet you-" I cut her words off
"You're the one who hugged me!" I talked back
"I-was just- I was just testing you to see if you were following the rules! Well, obviously you're not" Jennie explained
"Excuses" I stood up
"Yah! Where are you going?!" Jennie asked
"You didn't want me to call the hospital? So I am doing it my way" I left her room

Thankfully. Jennie can now stand up by herself. But it seems like her ankle is still painful. I'm glad YouTube helped me.

"Should I call your members?" I asked
"No, you shouldn't. If they saw me like this. They will immediately tell our manager" Jennie uncomfortably stood up
"Then what should I do?" I asked
"You have to drive me there" Jennie replied

I took my wallet and phone

"Here's the key" Jennie tosses the key to me
"Wait- This isn't the key from the car I drove before. Right?" I asked
"Yup. I have 5 cars and 3 vans" Jennie got her phone to her bag and walked out of her room
"Daebak. How did you-"
"No more questions" Jennie coldly replied and walked out of the unit
"I will have a hard time living with her"

I went outside the unit and saw her entering the elevator. I was walking near the elevator when I noticed the doors were closing

"Yah! Wait, Jennie! Hold it up!" I yelled

I saw her poker face as the door closed. I sighed. I guess I am going to take the long way down. I looked at my right. The stairs, how great. I jogged down the stairs and noticed the floor number on the wall

"Floor number 19. 18 floors to go" I said worriedly

And 1. Yes finally! Urgh. Wait, the parking lot is underground.  Nice, my legs are getting weak. A great exercise isn't it?

And finally. The parking lot. I saw Jennie leaning on a car

"What took you so long?" Jennie asked acting like she didn't know
"How about you ask yourself?" I suggested
"What? Me? I didn't do anything" Jennie furrowed her eyebrows
"Whatever" I said and opened her car. I entered it and closed the door

I saw her chuckle outside the car. She entered the passenger seat on my right

"Next time. Go to the elevator earlier than me" Jennie suggested

Yeah, once I go early on that elevator I will make sure to also close it before you enter. I swea-

"Don't you ever think of closing the doors if I wasn't there inside the elevator" She said and locked her seatbelt
"Yeah of course! Why would I do that?" I asked sarcastically and locked my seatbelt
"Yup. Why would you do that? You shouldn't do that. Never do that" Jennie demanded

I clicked my tongue and then put the keys in to turn on the engine. We went outside the parking area.

"Is this all you've got? It's too slow" Jennie asked
"Why aren't you complaining when I drove to the mall last ti-"
"Because we aren't running late that time" Jennie cutted
"Your wish is my command, Ms. Kim"

I parked the car near a familiar van, which is Blackpink's

"What the heck Y/n! I don't want to die okay?!" Jennie unlocked her seatbelt
"You literally asked for it, you shouldn't complain" I said and unlocked mine

We both stepped out of the car and started walking.

"I was just asking for a little faster!" Jennie reminded
"What did you mean by faster?" It was Jisoo who overheard the conversation

Jisoo looked at Jennie's legs

"Why can't you walk properly- WAIT! Did you guys do it?! You know the thing of coupl-" Jisoo's words were cut
"I-It's n-not w-what you t-think n-noona!" I widened my eyes
"Of course it is. Jennie can't walk properly. Because you did the thing so fast. It made her legs weak that's wh-" Jisoo explains further
"No! Unnie! I would never do it with someone like him!" Jennie rolled her eyes at me
"Excuse you! I will never do it with you! I swear!" I talked back
"Okay okay! I believe you two now" Jisoo calmed us down
"Geez. I was just kidding" Jisoo turned around and started walking
"Did you two not do it? You can be honest with me" Jisoo turned around and asked again
"We didn't!" Me and Jennie said at the same time
"Aish. Fine" Jisoo turned around and started walking again
"Oh isn't that Y/n" Lisa pointed at me. I waved my hand at her then she waved back
"Oh, Y/n-ah!" It was Chaeyoung who just came in

She walked in my direction and hugged me for a short while

"Sup Chae" I replied
"Girls. The stylists are in the room. Uhm, who is that?" Their manager pointed at me
"He's our friend" Jisoo explained
"Don't you remember? I only permit people who are your family or your special ones" The manager reminded
"But manager-nim-" Chae tried to explain
"No. Chaeyoung-ssi. No buts" The manager shook his head in disapproval
"Don't worry Manager-nim" Jennie walked over to me

She slowly leaned her head on my shoulder and intertwined her hand with mine

"Y/n is my boyfriend"
