Chapter 11: The Black and White of The Ying and Yang.

Blue's POV

I woke up in the middle of the night sweating as I try to catch my breath. I looked around me and found myself in a room filled with black and white. Am I dreaming? Or is it just the room I have slept in. I removed the thick blankets that was making me warm and made my way to the door. It's too quiet. I slowly turn the door knob and open the door. I was face to face with a mask, floating in the air. The mask looked at me and made a gesture to follow him. My mind kept on warning me that I shouldn't go but my body tells me the opposite. Both me and the mask move to the other side of this place. The side where there is no light and only darkness. I quietly followed it and looked around. All of the things here are black and white, not a single color can be found.

Suddenly, the mask spoke.

"Were here," it said. It was a child's voice.

"Why did you bring me here?" I ask.

"You should hurry. There's not enough time. Just talk to her and ask questions about what happened to you. She will help you. She's on your side," the mask said and silently disappeared.

A door was in front of me and I never seen it there before. I knocked at it three times and wait for someone to answer. The door suddenly opened and out went the coldest mist I have ever felt in my body. I didn't mind the tiny water droplets on my skin, all I saw was a beautiful woman looking at me through the open door. She was insanely beautiful and it kinda freaks me out. She has a lot of tattoos on her body. It's kinda like a pattern of black ink and green. I look up at her face and saw the small warming smile on her face.

"Who are you?" I ask her.

She smiled. "Come in if you want to know."

The darkness soon vanished as I walk through the door with her. Sunlight and birds chirping are the first thing I noticed. And then it do dawned at me. We're in a different realm and the dark place where I was awhile ago was the tunnels where the other dimensions connect. And that means, the mask with a child's voice was the sentry. But why am I in there in the first place?

"I know you have a lot of questions to ask about the time where I saved you in the forest, but I first want to introduce myself. My name is Vivianna, the Queen of the living. It's nice to finally meet you, Jammie," she said and smiled at me. "So what's your first question?"

"Am I dead?" I quickly ask.

She laughed. "No."

"Why am I here?" I ask again.

"To warn you about your future."

"What future?"

She sighed and focus all her attention on me.

"Listen very carefully, Jammie. A servant from the under realm was vanished from his home. And his coming to get you to get revenge," the word revenge was ringing in my head. Why am I involve in this shit?

"Why? Why does he want to take revenge when I haven't even met him. I didn't do anything to him. Why is he pulling me in this mess?" I bombarded. It doesn't make sense.

"He's the person who wants to be the next ruler of the under realm. And he wants to take that power you have to end your bloodline. Listen, Jammie. This man is a very dangerous creature. He likes to kill for fun and he doesn't end there, he likes to burn souls to ashes and even toy them around with other humans' to use them as puppets. If he ever get a hold of your magic, he'll use it to take over all the dimensions and realms here in this universe. Don't ever let him get it." the way she talked about this guy was strange. It's like, she's sad to tell me this.
