If only he knew

Tony's POV

Tony sat in his office staring blankly at the computer screen. The soft noise of some kids tv show moved through the room. Harley sat in the living room eating his afternoon snack, and giggling at something one of the characters had said.

The large window in Tony's office was open and it faced the the front of the Parkers home. Tony could help but watch what has happening.

The garage door was open, and Peter was sitting at a work bench working on a bike. He had music playing and he was dancing around, whilst going to grab different parts. Tony couldn't help but smile at the sight before him.

Now Tony was a good man, but if he was being honest he... felt something for the younger man. He couldn't help but notice the light blush that dusted his face whenever Tony spoke to him. Or the way he stuttered when Tony complemented him.

The boy was just so damn cute.

Tony was interrupted by a small knock on his office door.

"Daddy can I go see what Peter is doing?" came the voice of Harley.

Tony turned around to face his son. Harley was wearing cargo shorts and a shirt with some TV character on it. b

"Sure, just behave." Tony said

Harley smiles at him before turning around and sprinting out the door. Tony watched as the little boy ran across the street, but he checked both ways before crossing. Peter turned and smiled at the boy, and said something Tony could not here.

For the rest of the afternoon Tony sat and watched the two boys interact. It was possibly the most adorable thing Tony had ever seen. Harley was running around grabbing peter different tools, and peter would laugh and ruffle his hair.

"Peter would be a great mother," tony said aloud

Wait... had he just? Said that?

Tony was very very confused.
