(namjoon's pov)

what's wrong with me? 

i just wish that y/n would love me like i love her, i have been trying to get her to notice me, even leaving flowers on her desk, chocolate etc, but she just doesn't notice me 

she works at the front desk at bighit and i see her almost everyday

"hyung maybe you should just stop?" jungkook said as i sighed

we just were taking a break from practice 

"i won't give up, i know i can get her to at least notice me, or something" i said and he just smiled softly  

"i'll be back, i'm gonna go get some food" i said as i left the room

i ordered  2 slices of pizza and a coke, as i was eating i just thought about y/n, i sighed and got up and discarded my trash and as i was walking i heard voices in one of the recording studios  

"please, just go" i heard a voice i realized was y/n's

"no, come on baby, don't you miss me?" the male voice said 

"no, you think i miss the brusies?" she said as my eyes widand 

"aww baby" the voice said and i heard a slaping noise and then the door opened and this guy came out and i furrowed my brows, and he left, i heard soft snifles from y/n, i came in and saw y/n crying holding her cheek

"shh its okay, come here" i said and hugged her as she started to sob uncontrollably and i kissed her forehead 

"i-i-" she just tried to speak but started to sob

after a while y/n calmed down and she looked up at me

"i-i'm sorry, i was so mean to you, i-it's not you it's me, i-i was abused in my pass relationship a-and he came back, i'm so sorry" she said as she sniffled and hugged me again

"no no it's okay, i understand, i'm sorry" i said

"i just, i do l-like you, i'm just scared" she said 

"you don't have to be scared" i whispered as she hugged me again
