Several years had passed and winter was in full swing, Alpha David sat behind his desk busy with his everyday duties. He was in a calm mood as he continued on, although his peaceful was shorted lived when Arthur burst through the door "Father a rouge wolf on pack land!" the Alpha rose to his feet "Corner that wolf and lead me there now!" Arthur nods and leads his father to where they had trapped the rouge wolf.

A large black wolf was caught in the middle of a circle of wolves, tired from a continues fights, the wolf stood panting heavily. It wasn't before long the Arthur arrived along with his father, Mason and Peter. The Alpha looked at the wolf with a bit of confusion, the wolf's scent seemed familiar but he couldn't pin point from where. As Alpha David was about to open his mouth to speak, the wolf collapsed unconscious. To there surprise the wolf shifted back into the human form and revealed to be a girl.

"Get her to the infirmary, and have all those wounds checked out. And somebody find out who she is!" Alpha set out his orders and turns to return to the pack house. His mind kept asking the same question, 'No it cannot be her, can it?' Arriving at his office he was greeted by his Beta. "David is it true? Is my daughter alive?" Alpha David and his Beta Luke were best friends since they grew up together. "Luke the council told us that Catia died on her mission almost three years ago, why would they lie to us about that..."

David looked at his best friend, he wished to tell his friend that the wolf they found was his daughter, that she wasn't dead. The pain in his friends eyes was more than any wolf should bare, first loosing his mate then his only daughter. 'Father the rouge woke up' The Alpha's daughter informed her father over a private mind link.

Making their way down to the infirmary, only to see a bed surrounded by some of the pack members, including Luna Stella, all in dead silence. When the Alpha and Beta approached, the crowd split revealing in plain site who it was laying in the infirmary bed. "Father I'm home.. " a soft voice broke, Beta Luke burst into tears as he ran up and wrapped his arms around the girl who was none other then his little girl Catia, except she was all grown up.

Catia had her arms wrapped tightly around her father as she hugged him, crying and sobbing. Everyone in the infirmary was silent unable to comprehend that fact that Catia was alive and well, with a few injuries but alive all together. Letting go of her father, she looked over at the Alpha and nods. "I'm sorry for all the trouble that I must have caused Alpha." Catia bowed her head slightly "Nonsense my dear. We all just baffled to see you alive and well. Can you tell us?" the Alpha asked politely, his interest peaked.

"The mission wasn't as simple as the council had stated.." she gave a nervous laugh as she scratched the back of her head, as Catia explained why the council had thought she was dead but she couldn't speak in detail about it for it was still top secret. The doors of the infirmary swung open and the sound of heavy footsteps approached making there way through the crowd, the voices were a dead give away. Arthur, Peter and Mason.

"Catt!" Peter yelled out before practically leaping onto the bed to wrap his arms around Catia's neck, sobbing loudly like a little child who's favorite toy broke. Mason and Arthur soon joined in giving Catia a group hug, this act was enough to make Catia begin to cry just as much was as the boys. Alpha David began to laugh at this site and the crowd followed, never have they seen the Alpha's sons cry so much.

Once Catia was released from the infirmary she took a walk around the pack house and the yard, not before being tackled into a hug from behind. "Huh?" she asked looking down seeing arms around her legs, looking who was hugging her she smiled gently "Oh little Jason, do you remember me?" the little boy looked at her and gave a big toothy smile "Catty, you're home." smiling in joy Catia picked him up and carried him around as she walked.

They were having a conversation while being watched from above, in the alpha's office Alpha David stood there watching Catia and Jason from his window and smiling "It's truely great to have her home, don't you think Luke?" he asked while turning back to his beta, "With her home the pack feels whole." Beta Luke said agreeing, his daughter was alive and back home. "Hmm Luke, who is the situation on the border looking?" he asked sounding curious, sighing deeply Luke began to speak, "More rouges have been crossing the borders. Those who we catch in time and have managed to get information out of only say this 'Our leader is here to kill the last of the first.' no idea who they are referring to." Beta Luke said with a shrug, the Alpha sighed "Keep me informed and find out who or what is the last of the first."

With that said Alpha David looked back out of the window to see Catia now surrounded by the pack youngsters from age 3 or 12. With a single nod Beta Luke said "I will Alpha." and left the room, leaving his best friend to his thoughts.

With Jason sitting on Catia's lap while being surrounded by the other packs youngsters, "Catty please tell us a story!" Jason told Catia and the others  joined in wanting her to tell them a story. Catia thought for a while and nods knowing what story to tell them. Alpha David had made his way to the yard and sat on the porch watching Catia and the young ones. "Well little ones, ever heard the story of the first wolf pack?" she asked them and they shook their head, all seeming very excited to hear this story.

"Well legend has it that the very first werewolf pack was called the First of the First. The first werewolf pack is easy to tell, they were bigger than normal wolves and they were midnight black in color." as Catia carried on the legend of the Firsts, Alpha David was intreged by her story. 'The first werewolves...' he thought to himself as he left to go search the archives for any records of the Firsts. Reading record after record, it seems that the story Catia was telling was true but it had fallen into legend especially the part about the reincarnation of the soul survivor.

After reading these it made Alpha David wonder about Catia, she fitted every description of the first wolves. Thus he began researching on ways to make the pack mark of the first wolves show, since Catia never had a pack mark. The only thing he got was to take the suspected wolf to the top of Blood Mountain during a blood moon, then the memory of her pervious life shall return by then you should pray that she no longer wants revenge.

Alpha David returned to his office in deep thought, he had to know the truth about Catia but he had no idea how the pack would react. The Firsts were savage werewolves that killed everyone that stood in their way, now the possibile last survivor was in their pack. If she doesn't want to kill the supernatural races she can be a great ally. So many questions ran through his mind, but he thought of an idea to see if she really was.

Luckily Blood Mountain was in his packs lands and the blood moon was only a month away, therefore the blood moon celebrations would be held on Blood Mountain, if she is indeed the survivor and still want to slaughter them all he will be the one to end her life. Alpha David prayed that if it came to that, Luke and his sons would some day forgive him.
