So, last time this happened. 

Dale learns the truth of what Serenity attempted to do the night before. But she pleaded with him to cover for her absence with her mother while she went looking for Inuyasha.

So, Dale made her promise that she wouldn't try to self-harm herself again. She swore on it that she wouldn't.

So, he let her walk off alone. He encouraged her to go have a little fun for once. He also hinted that she should dump that asshole Endymion that rich pretty boy made her miserable he hated it.

So, Serenity went looking for Inuyasha.

Eventually she had found him he was with his family they seem to be eating lunch when she walked up to their table and asked if she could have a word with him.

Kagome and the others noticed some strange girls come and ask him to walk with her she'd like to speak with him.

This caused Kagome's inner thoughts and jealousy come out into the open.

Of course, her mother slightly scolded her for all her selfishness, and her unfaithfulness that all her cheating has caught up with her and that she can't expect Inuyasha to commit to her when she's not willing to commit to him in return, and it looks to her that he's moving forward with his life and looking for a new partner.

So, Kagome was forced to look in a mirror and reflect on her choices that she's made for herself. Her whole family knows she's been cheating and playing the field. 

She's put Inuyasha's dreams on the backburner for so long, his dreams and what he wants, she kept making excuses and lies to why she wasn't ready to get married or settle down yet, so she just wasn't sure if she was ready. But it was clear that He is interested in moving forward.

So, Kagome was forced to reflect on her emotions and her betrayal countless times.

As Serenity and Inuyasha were walking around the ship with each other it was dead silent at first until they slowly started to talk about him mostly, about his home, His mother, and not a lot of things, He kept his secret powers too himself for the moment he didn't want to scare her off at all, but mostly his home, and how he was a free man he went wherever he wanted to go.

[Inuyasha]

Wow...! Okay, enough story time, we've walked like almost 2 miles walking around this deck, and we've talked about how I grew up and all, But I gather that's not the reason you came to talk to me. Say's Inuyasha" breaking the tension between them.

She was silent for a moment and then she looked him in the eye for a moment then looked down at her feet.
