18-year-old Princess Eleanor waited all her life for someone to save her from her own mother; Queen Isabelle. She sat by her window the sun shining on her dress, she looked out her window seeing the busy village below and the ocean stretched ahead. She turned to look at her door witch was now being opened.

"Good morning Princess." It was one of her mother's servants.

"What's the point of being a princess if I'm trapped up here." She looked back out again.

"The Queen has asked that you wear your ball dress, Prince Alexander wants to see you."

Princess Eleanor dismissed the servant. She walked to her closet to get her blue dress the servants taught her how to wear the dress herself. She opened the door to find two knights ready to escort her. Her mother never left her alone since she had tried to run away two years before. She walked down to the throne room and stood by her mother.

Her mother looked at her then the knights, "Let him in."

The knights went to the door and Prince Alexander walked in, "I greet thee Highness," Queen Isabelle just nodded. "And this must the beautiful Princess Eleanor."

"I suppose your Price Alexander a cumberworld." The Alexander and Queen Isabelle glared at her. "I don't need a prince, a man who recuses me from my tower is worthy of my hand."

Eleanor turns around to go back to her tower, the two knights follow her. She thinks of the six people who tried to reach her but felt to their death or didn't make it past the knights. When she reaches her room the knights push her in and lock the door.

She laid on her bed sobbing; head down, "Can anyone save me!"

"Chwirk!" it was her red-tailed hawk.

"Heru! Wait..." she took out a paper and a feather pen, she wrote on the paper, rolled it up and tied it with a ribbon, "find someone and give this to them."

She gave it to her hawk who held it in his beak and flew off. "Your my only hope."
